Food I would give 3 stars out of 5 stars service I would give our waitress a 10 However, I would give the manager and the hostess and their policy and procedures a zero. We made reservations. I arrived on time. The rest of my party was running about five minutes late. They refused to seat me until half my party showed up. Are you serious?! So I couldn’t sit down at our table, order a drink, or an appetizer until half my party showed up. I’ve never gone to a restaurant where a reservation was set and the table was readily available to sit at and the restaurant manager refused to seat anyone at the table unless half the party was in attendance! What a joke! I would never come back. The policy should be changed. It is not accommodating, pleasant, enjoyable, or benefiting to the customer at all. It is frustrating to say the least. If you’re gonna still enforce your policy, at least offer your customers a glass of water or the opportunity to order an appetizer or a drink in advance if they would like from the bar and allow them the opportunity to transfer that bill to the restaurant once they get seated, which they said that was also not an option. And yes you guessed it no cup of water or beverage was offered while waiting. In addition There were no seats to sit on in the waiting area near the hostess desk. Possibly about 10 feet over there was a bench you can sit on. This place is not all what it’s made up to be. They messed up on my food order too. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. They brought me fettuccine Alfredo with fried chicken. I let the waitress know that I ordered grilled chicken not fried chicken. They offered to remake me grilled chicken. She apologized and said she would bring out a side order of grilled chicken. The grilled chicken they brought out was rubbery and tasted weird. In addition The atmosphere was weird and the room set up was odd and not very private. Around the windows there were only small tables for two people. The rest of the tables were in the center of the restaurant almost like buffet.
So if you’re looking for a nice dining experience or a private setting environment or atmosphere this is not the place.
if you’re looking for a place with good service good quality food then again this is not the...

I was incredibly excited to visit this restaurant for the fifth time, especially to introduce my guests who had never been before. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete letdown, starting with the limited menu. When I made the reservation through the website, there was no mention of this limitation. Dining out is supposed to be about choosing what I want, not what the restaurant decides to slap on a plate—and heaven forbid you have food allergies, as they can’t accommodate anything since every side dish seems to be precooked.
When I asked the server about options, the only suggestion was extra asparagus. That’s not an acceptable solution. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was hesitant to come over. When she finally did, she claimed they called all their guests about the limited menu. They didn’t call me. However, they managed to text me five times confirming my reservation.
Eventually, she found a “solution,” which turned out to be premade potatoes. They were disgusting. My steak was flavorless and topped with a mountain of stewed tomatoes. To make matters worse, when the server brought steak knives, he gave one of my guests a steak knife for chicken and casually mentioned the chicken “might be a little tough.” Who says that?
There were no real salad options on the menu either. On my way out, I asked to speak to the manager again, and this time he was immediately defensive. It’s such a shame because this used to be a restaurant I loved and regularly recommended. My guests, who I thought would be impressed, left equally disappointed.
Ever since they moved the restaurant upstairs and rebranded it, the service and food quality have gone downhill. Back when it was Rose & Thorn downstairs, it was fantastic. I guess I’ll have to stick with Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse from now on. This place has lost its charm—and its...
Read moreI went there for my son's graduation. We rarely go out to eat. We arrived for a 5:15 reservation and there was only a couple people there. We were welcomed by a very pleasant hostess. Things went douth from there. Our server Sav.... looked half asleep and not at all into being there. It took forever for her to get us a glass of prosecco We ordered. I then waited for her to come back as I said I would like to order a bottle of wine. It took forever for her to come back. I ordered the wine and it took forever for her to come back. When she did she said they were out of that wine. Hint; that's when you offer to upgrade your guest to another choice not upsell them! $42 for a steak that I asked for medium and it came well. Oh yes it took forever to get dinner. Food was ok at best. Too much breading on the veal, seafood risotto sat under the heatlamp too long, as the fish was dry and overcooked. Pasta pomadoro was unedible. We should have given up there but it was supposed to be a celebration. They were out of tirimisu. One of the four deserts offered on a Saturday night! We cut our losses and left. On the way out we saw our neighbors. We told them not to waist there money. Bottom line is the restaurant lost a bottle sale 3 dessert sales and a 4 top sale. They need to close and retrain and regroup. There's not too many menu choices so they shouldn't screw it up that bad. Run out of food at 5pm on Saturday night? Train staff to know what is not available before guests order. The server could not give a hoot so that was reflected in her 10% tip. I was nice. Casino making a lot of money and could have afforded to make us happy but when you employ staff that doesn't care you lose. Based on the rest of the reviews they have a lot of work to do. Not close to Italian cuisine. Revamp your menu. Oh $995 for a bottle of...
