My friend and I stopped here yesterday on our way back from the McMinnville Airshow since we were heading back home and needed to go this direction anyway. So we heard this place opened about a month ago and we decided we wanted to give it a go. We did hear it is very popular so there is a chance we will have to wait in line which was fine for us because we weren't in a rush to get home. We were trying to decide whether it was better to dine in or go to the drive thru when we pulled in we figured it was better to go to dine in which is what we did. We probably waited in line for about 20 minutes which was not bad we were socializing with some of the people behind us and telling us about their In N Out experience which helped pass the time fast and they were very friendly. Once it was our turn we were ordering our food and I saw they had an In N Out T-shirt and we couldn't resist it did add our total bill to around $30 but I was completely fine with that because I did really want it so yeah. Food probably took around 15 minutes which wasn't bad and again my friend and I were in no rush and if we were we probably would've gone somewhere else because we knew and figured there be some waiting that we would have to do. Since we weren't in a hurry everything was all good and waiting in line and waiting for our food both didn't take very long. It was very crowded inside which explains why there was a line outside because they didn't wanna go over capacity or at capacity. Service was absolutely fantastic and friendly everyone looked liked they really enjoy their jobs vs if you go to McDonald's everyone looks like they hate their jobs. I really hope employees get paid well here they 100% deserve it considering how popular this place. I also hope they are all being treated well especially for all this hard work for all these customers. I hear customers travel a long way just to get In N Out. My friend was talking with someone who lives in Seattle and she told him she traveled all the way from Seattle to this In N Out which comes to show that people travel a long way for this which explains why the line is so long. All I will say is if you are in a hurry I would not recommend this place because you will most likely have to wait in line and if you have to be somewhere quick you cannot predict when you will be able to head out but if you aren't in a hurry then I do highly recommend this place trust me when I say it is worth the wait I know the waiting sucks but believe me it is worth it! This was a fun experience both my friend and I really enjoyed it and hope to be back again someday. I can now officially say I went to the...
Read moreI went yesterday when it first opened. I had never been to an In-N-Out before, and I’ve only heard good things about it. So when I heard there was one opening near where I’m vacationing, of course I’m going to the grand opening!!!
I went inside (I wanted to see what it looked like) while someone else was in the car in the parking lot fighting for parking. There was plenty of parking, but since was opening day of course it was full. I got in line to go inside and was directed by very friendly employees! And given an autographed hat, bumper sticker and activity book! Got up to order within 15-20 minutes, again employees were very kind.
Now, as much as I liked the staff and atmosphere, I can’t say the same about the food. It was cold and at best mid. Nothing (or at least nothing positive) stood out to me about the food at all. I got a double double plain and fries, and both were cold. I did wait 25 minutes for the food. Not that I care that I waited that long because it was really fun just being in there, but usually if you wait that long for food it’s hot and fresh. The bag felt lukewarm when I got it. How is that possible? There were like 40 people cooking at once. When I did eat it, the fries’ texture was off because they were cold, so they weren’t great, nor were they crispy (they were very soggy), also disappointing. The burger again did not stand out in any way at all. Not a bad burger, but cold and mid. I’d much rather a meal from burgerville.
Another thing I will say is the price is right at least. I like a $10 burger, fries and drink combo. I don’t know many places anymore with that at that price point.
Tl;dr: Service...
Read moreJudging by the previous reviews, I’m going to assume this location is awesome. But that’s all I can do, as I just could not do it LOL. I’m not sure what kind of directing system they have going on at this location but when me and my husband saw the far right two lanes just continually moving, filling up, and moving yet again, we decided as soon as the opportunity came we were going to head out. Despite the location only being 15-20 minutes away, at this point in time I think it’s just better to drive to the Keizer location. In the time it took just sitting in that line with our car off, we could have been to the Keizer station location, gotten our food, and started coming back home. So for now, at least until (or if) this location calms down we’ll just take our chances. Overall looked clean and everyone was pleasant. Just the drive thru and parking lines were rather outrageous, and from our experience didn’t seem very balanced in how they moved people through the lines. For reference, we sat with our car turned off for an hour and a half while the right two lanes consistently moved, filled up with more cars, then moved again. (Also, biggest flaw of all that we saw was that you are absolutely done for if there is a medical emergency in that parking lot. The people directing traffic had us bumper to bumper literally, and there’s no way out unless you have someone who can jump out and beg people to back up and make room for you to get out of the...
