This place is the epitome of slothfulness. I would love to see this place close down and cease existence. It's a waste of retail space. The issues have to lie at the highest level of ownership / management as the culture within is toxic and that is learned behavior and obviously tolerated. Find somewhere meaningful to spend your money. Mom and Pop options that actually care about their reputation and take pride in serving their community. This place is a prime example of how far off the rails our society has gone. I placed my order at the kiosk which fine I get it its the time we live in. But once the order was complete there was no receipt printed or number given. Zero acknowledgment that the order was received. Took a seat and after a short while our order was called by name. I went to grab it and noticed the drink cups were missing. I asked If I could get the drink cups and received a blank stare and then asked what cups? I told them to reference the order as I didn't have a receipt. They didn't know how to do this so they got the "manager". She asked again what cups I was missing and I told her to reference the order, and that I wanted a receipt. She asked how hard it was to just tell her what cups I needed, and I told her that wasn't the point, that the point was I wasn't given a receipt and had already ordered at the kiosk and that if I had to repeat everything over then I didn't appreciate having to go through everything twice that they should be able to reference my order and provide the goods purchased. She gave extreme attitude and said of I didn't like it that I could eat somewhere else. Then she proceeded to run to the back where I couldn't see her. One of the coworkers gave the drink cups and I asked for the Sr. Managers number. Upon sitting down with my receipt and reviewing the order I found that one of the burritos was missing. I went back up to the counter and asked for a refund of that burrito. The worker asked if they could just make it and I said no thanks I would like a refund. Then the "manager" came back up and asked if they could just make the burrito. I said no that after being told I could eat somewhere else that I couldnt trust them to prepare my food. She begrudgingly refunded my money and gave more attitude while doing so which included saying that I was the one who chose to eat there. My response was that yes I did, but you are the one who chose to make me regret it. I got some more lip service and that was that. Got my refund and left. The problem with this whole picture is surprisingly not the workers, not the managers, not even the owners. Its that we as a society keep giving our money to these corporations that are so clearly doing a huge disservice to our community and our youth. Why are we ok ordering from a screen and not getting a receipt to confirm our order? Why are so many people dismissive of poor attitudes and won't take the time to hold people accountable? It our fault for spending our money on this type of service. Not to mention that the food was notably bad even for a taco bell and the dining area was trashed. I ate here because my kids asked if we could. Next time it will be a no, and a lesson on why it's important to support local. Sorry Taco Bell, your black listed! Also I have a call into the so called Sr. Manager and left a message. We will see if I get a call back, it doubtful I will or that they even care about receiving this bad review. We can fix it,...
Read moreThis is a Taco Bell. You can't expect Gordon Ramsey quality from a Taco Bell. That being said, sometimes Taco Bell fumbles the bag and doesn't get you the right stuff sometimes, yet people still decide to go back for one reason and one reason only... To live MAS. People constantly go to Taco Bell to live there because it is good quality food compared to the cost. Online ordering is very smooth and I rarely have any issues with it. The staff are probably the best thing about Taco Bell because they all have a mindset of living mas which is part of the reason I always find myself coming back to Taco Bell.
The next paragraph will be about the drive-through line. People don't understand that if there are 30 cars in a drive through line it might take a long time. Sometimes this happens at this Taco Bell because it is very popular and is the only good place to get food in Ridgefield. Customers need to understand this, yet they don't and I constantly see customers yelling at some 17-year-old high schooler who's trying to do his job as best as he can. Customers need to be more patient because it is unreasonable to demand a 5 minute drive through wait time if there are tons of cars in the line. Download the Taco Bell app If you really don't want to wait in line, then place a mobile order on your phone and then walk in and pick it up. It's faster than the drive through and more efficient.
This next paragraph will be about some of the specialties at the specific location. This Taco Bell location has its Pros and Cons. One of the biggest downfalls of this location is the poorly designed parking lot. The parking lot is extremely small and only has about 10 spaces, meaning that if there is a long drive through line, you are unable to leave because you are blocked in by the drive through line. Other issues are the bathroom smells like me after a 10 mile race that just ate raw horse meat and 30lbs of sushi. It smells like a sewage plant 99% of the time. Pros are the drink machine and ice machine always works and the restaurant is kept very clean compared to other taco bell restaurants. The staff are always friendly and get you your food each time the staff has a warm greeting and are very friendy
This next paragraph will discuss the food quality of taco bell. This taco bell has fine quality food and is some of the best fast food you can purchase or that you can buy. SOme of the best things on the menu happen to be the Grande Nachos, the Nacho Fries, the Beefy 5-layer burrito and of course, the Baja Blast. If you have never been to Taco Bell you NEED to get a baja blast. It is some of the best stuff in the world and is like drinking Holy Water it is a MUST have.
All in all this Taco Bell is pretty good for a Taco Bell, that is why I am giving it 5 stars. Like I said you can’t expect Ruth’s Chris quality out of a Taco Bell. So go enjoy and...
Read moreThis restaurant is a disgrace to Ridgefield . The entire thing needs shut down, the restaurant needs deep cleaned, new policies and procedures need taught and a level of expectation needs to be set. It is quite apparent that the management is to blame. Kids learn so much at their first jobs. Fast food is a great place to learn customer service skills, time management skills, cleanliness standards and rules. Tonight after the football game I picked up the kids and they asked for Taco Bell. Why would I do an online order just to sit in the parking lot for an HOUR ... wait an HOUR and watch the drive thru get serviced as their only priority . We ordered at 1004 pm .We watched and waited as crowds of teenagers came in and out getting their food, eating and then chatting away. My blood sugar was low, so I asked my daughter to go in and order a freeze at the counter THINKiNG that it would be expedited as a SINGLE item and handed out quickly. Nope. Never came. Finally I had found some glucose tabs in the car. Thank God . After half an hour of waiting and one car left in line I went to the drive through and asked for my order. I was told that I could not pick up an order that way unless i had specified drive through . So I pulled out and parked again . My kids waited inside for another 30 minutes. Very few people came and went . What are they doing? What ??? I spent 65 dollars on food for teenagers . Oh and finally got our food at 1107 pm . Ordered at 1004. It's ice cold. Ice cold. Drinks have been sitting here for so long they are watered down. This establishment is a disgrace to Ridgefield. I'm embarrassed by the fact that someone is hiring our teenagers and teaching them that this level of service is acceptable. It's not. I would never let my teen work here under this management staff. Shameful. Just shameful. Do better. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in the Vancouver Portland area. Hands down . I am EMBARRASSED for our town . Horrible. Do not spend your money here . Drive to salmon creek . I think Battle Ground might be even better . Abysmal. I'm sure the parents of teens that work here will be upset . Sorry if your kid is a hard worker, because god knows they do exist and I'm not blaming the kids. I'm blaming the general manager and the shift managers. This place overall is not managed at all. If it is, it's managed by lazy stupid people who need to be canned. I never leave reviews and I'm embarrassed this is in Ridgefield . It's fast food. I don't expect five star service . I worked at Burger King for five years in high school and college, had a good manager that had expectations and plans and rules and policies . I learned a lot at that job. I know some times the kids are the problem and not good workers , I also know that sometimes it's the manager. This time ITS THE MANAGER. Fire...
