SHAAN Indian Grocery — Local services in Ridgeland

This is a great place to buy both pre-made Indian dishes AND separate, hard-to-come-by Indian ingredients. I could’ve looked around for hours in this store, the shelves were so packed with fun and unique foods and drinks.

The women running the grocery were so kind, and when they saw my grocery items they asked what I was planning on making. They helped me make sure I had everything I’d need to make my dish taste as delicious and authentic as possible.

Definitely hoping to go back to buy more...

The store looks very disorganized. With the nonchalant treatment for queries regarding items, one tends to feel not welcomed at all. The freshness and quality are not so good, but the prices for several items are more than what you see in other Indian grocery stores...

Nice selection of Indian groceries, but watch out for expiration dates. I bought a bunch of stuff, unfortunately some had expiration dates in 2019, some products didn’t have an expiration date but smelled...
