Aldo & Manny's Pizza And Pasta — Restaurant in Ridley Township

Well, I tried this place for the first time and there were pro's and cons. The pizza was good, you could tell it was high quality fresh ingredients but $14 for the size was way overpriced. The wings were big in size but there was barely any sauce on them. I ordered a large pizza and 10 wings for $26 bucks and when I picked them up I was given a flyer showing a special for exactly what I ordered for $22.99. Not a huge savings but regardless I didn't get the deal because apparently I didn't say "Wingman10" when I ordered. Which brings me to the pick up and order experience. The lady answered the phone "pick up or delivery" which struck me as short and maybe they were super busy, not the case as it was empty when I arrived. When I went in to pick up my food the only thing that was said to me was the price. Not a how are you or welcome. I even tried to make small talk by saying I was grabbing a menu because it was my first time ordering from here. Not a word from her ? So I am gonna say pizza was good, wings were big but under sauced and prices were slightly high. I've lived in the area for over 40 years and was hoping to find a new local go to place, unfortunately my experience will have me looking elsewhere. Ordered food from here last week.. 2 items in the conversation, 1 cheese steak with x copper sharp long hots on a gutted roll, the 2nd was a cheese with fried onions on the tazoile roll. When I got the food the one with fried onions wasn't on the tazoile roll. I went back in to correct it and the girl made it out like I ordered it wrong or was confusing which idk how that happened. I break down exactly how I want my food for this reason.. so I gave them back both cheese steaks to correct the one... and I know I'm not the best at understanding accents but when I say my order and it's repeated back wrong and I corrected him and it's still wrong. It's frustrating. So I gave them both back. When they remade the cheese steak w fried onions, we were given almost no fried onions and ended up with long hots on it. Also idk if it was done out of frustration on their end but they overloaded the sandwich with garlic it was almost not edible. On top of all of this they gave us back the orginal sandwich that was incorrect and kept the possibly correct sandwich. I know mistakes happen but the attitude in that place isn't good. We’ve been ordering Aldo & Mannys for years, but this will be the last time we order. This past year we’ve had more issues ordering from here than not, including the rude staff that answer the phone. Regarding today, I call to place an order which i’m almost certain was taken by the owner. I asked him their smallest count of wings they offered and he said 10, and I said that I thought I saw 6 on the menu, then all of a sudden 6 is now the smallest. He said fries come with the 6 count, so I told him to take off the order of fries that I originally ordered, as well as stating “so the only fries I want are the fries that come with the wings” and he said he got it. When the food gets here, I notice an extra box of fries and look at the receipt and got charged for “additional fries”???? Besides that, I asked him how many garlic knots come in an order and he says 12, as we were splitting them between 4 people, and we ended up only getting 11 in the box. The pizza crust felt like it was sitting around for hours, hard and stale. Then you open the box and get some adult size slices mixed with some kid slices, like this isn’t a pizza shop...
