Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ridley Township

This Dunkin’ is hands down my favorite location—the best in the area by far! The food and drinks are always fresh, consistent, and made quickly, even when the line is long or it’s super busy. I never worry about the quality here, because the team keeps everything moving smoothly without cutting corners.

What really makes this Dunkin’ special is the people who work here. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They go out of their way to make sure every customer has a great experience, and that makes such a difference.

I especially want to recognize Bryn, who is absolutely incredible!!!! My son has a food allergy, and she always takes such great care to make sure his food is safe. As soon as I call after placing an order, she already knows to prepare his hashbrowns on fresh paper and package them separately. That level of thoughtfulness, consistency, and attention to detail means so much to me as a parent. It gives me peace of mind and makes me feel valued as a customer.

Because of Bryn and the rest of the amazing team here, I won’t go to another Dunkin’ in the area. They’ve created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and I truly appreciate how kind, attentive, and dedicated they are every single visit. This location deserves to be recognized for the outstanding service they provide—it’s the kind of experience that keeps people coming back...

One of the better dnd's. Quick and friendly. Love their coffee the only coffee I drink. Only 2 complaints but this goes for all dunkins I hate the new lids without the locking lip. They are the worst in every sense. And even though I'm guilty at using the app but it seems those orders take priority over the customers that are standing in front of them in store. It's very frustrating. Especially since my daily order to 2 coffee. I used to have a zero wait time. Now it's minutes and at a few locations I have waited over 10mins to 2 plain coffees. We aRe all in hurry. Taking care of the people I front of you and always tip really should be looked at before...

Went here this morning on my way to work and I’m not sure why I went here instead of my usual place other than it was closer to where my day started. Ordered a large ice americano with liquid cane sugar and cream, should be 4 and 4. This thing is a sugar bomb, it doesn’t even taste like coffee! An americano should be fresh espresso and I’m 90% sure this is just their usual watered down ice coffee that sits in a vat all day. This is the only drink I order from Dunkin and this ONE location just doesn’t seem to know...
