The best bacon cheeseburgers with LTO I ever had the cheesefries are good too I'm not a milkshake person but if you are this is the place to get a milkshake they have real fountain sodas like cherry , strawberry , blue raspberry the sodas are good the cheesesteaks are okay but they are known for the bacon cheeseburgers with an onion ring on them the onion rings are good too I usually like doing take out orders here just because it's very loud you have to yell at the person next to you because you can't hear anything it's that loud it's always packed I remember one time I went early they were still serving breakfast but it was like 11:00 in the afternoon the blonde gay waiter guy who worked there gave me an attitude I couldn't hear him say do you want breakfast or lunch and he like rolled his eyes at me because he had to ask the question again but I was with my Dad so it was like dude relax so the staff can be really rude here sometimes especially if your not used to being giving that Philly attitude so yeah I wouldn't go on a date here or anything like that just because the staff already gives you an attitude it's already ackward enough I get it being a waiter is a hard job but if I just sit down at a table and get an attitude / eye roll from a waiter I'm already irritated so I never went in again other than take out it's kinda a dump inside lots of noise lots of people overcrowded very very loud the food is good but the staff is hit or miss depending on who your waiter / waitress is it could be a bad experience like mine was so only do take out after that blonde waiter I would only do orders to go the staff sometimes are in too much of a rush like it wasn't my fault I can't hear the guy the kitchen is like right near the tables you eat at like I said take out...

African American girl at the counter today seemed over her job we all have bad days but it was definitely an awkward experience. I ordered a Oreo cheesecake milkshake and she turned to another employee and said give her the change I’m thinking it’s something out in place to help make the experience quicker but she never retrieved the change from my employee instead the employee was friendly and called me by my order name and gave me my change… That was cringe for the person I placed an order with to do. She kept pouting her lip like a baby and barely interacted with me and other customers in a friendly manner. Just called names for orders. The experience was so bad that I started writing my review while I was still inside the store.. I even still tried to give her a chance to be a decent person.. She called my order name and I said thank you to her when she called my name for my milkshake. She was still making that face like she was annoyed at something but I said thank you as I retrieved my milkshake from her, and she turned her head. She had to hear me because I said it loud enough for her to hear me. What made the interaction even awkward was my straw and her hand was connected between her fingers in my hand as I tried to retrieve the milkshake and straw, and she wrangled her hand from the straw and continue to talk to her coworker. Mean, bitter and miserable. Not a good Nifty fifty employee. I don’t play about people being disrespectful towards me, especially when I’m doing everything nice and I’m just coming into spend my money with a company just to be disregarded and treated as an I’m the reason they’re...

I want to love this place, but they have work to do. The food is always wonderful, the staff and clientele is sometimes lacking.

I went on a weekend night knowing it would be busy and that I’d have to wait. No problem. We started to wait for a table (we just wanted shakes/dessert but wanted to sit down). There was nobody checking the front or taking names down. Nobody acknowledged us. Ok, no worries, they were swamped so we get it. We decide to just go and place the order to go. The to go area was swamped too with no real plan on how to handle it, it seemed. People standing everywhere, no direction on a line or how to place an order. I went to the counter and said I wanted to place a to go order, after waiting for several door dash people to push me out of the way and get their stuff in front of me with no acknowledgment of staff. Finally, the woman behind the counter asks if I’m ready, I am, and as I’m about to place an order someone behind me says “I’m ready now” and pushes me out of the way. The woman behind the counter then just completely ignores me and takes her order. Needless to say we all walked out.

The food here is good. It’s not so good that I’m willing to wait like cattle and be treated like garbage. Y’all need to figure this out. Either stop taking so many to go/door dash orders or have them wait outside and give them their orders from a different window. Have a designated order taker and a line. A list for sit down.
