Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ridley Township

If I could give 0 stars I would! They have their hours for the app as closing earlier than they actually do. I called to place my order and to see if they would honor the app prices since it’s giving the issue. This girl told me that their store doesn’t honor a lot Pizza Hut’s promotions. It’s Wing Wednesday, how are you going to tell me you don’t honor the company’s promotions?? I asked to speak with a manager so she put me on hold for about a minute and then the same girl got back on the phone pretending to be the manager!!! Then in the middle of me talking she puts me on hold and some guy gets on the phone and I asked him if he was the manager and he said yes and asked the situation. I explained everything to him and he was able to discount my total to $20(app was $22 total) and the other girl was originally charging me almost $30! I told him I appreciated that but that he needs to talk to his employees and tell them they shouldn’t be pretending to be a manager. He said he would and that my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes and in the middle of me thanking him and telling him I would bring my phone in to show him my app total to show the price it was coming to he hung up on me!! Some “Manager”. Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. This was going to be my first time ordering at this BRAND NEW LOCATION, but I will never do business at that location now.

Save yourself the headache, take your business to the Chester Pike location instead or anywhere...

So I was so stoked to learn a new pizza hut location opened near me again. (the previous left a while ago) I told everyone at work and like a funny little story I added it to almost all of my mindless smaller conversations. So anyway we order expectations fairly high because it's still a new opening and most likely will be on top of their game... Well nope. I honestly don't know how. And I literally added a star because of how insane this is but it's both burnt and under done.... Don't ask me how just look at the pictures..... Plus I may be remembering incorrectly but wasn't pizza hut the founders of putting that dollhouse table in the box so it don't get smushed???!!! Well not anymore... I am so disappointed and I wanted it to be a homerun so we could keep ordering. But my gf. Just said "see told you we shouldn't order" so I guess it's a one and done for us. Sorry ridley and interboro it's back to no pizza hut it looks like. Sad...

Disappointed in my visit to Pizza Hut. There was a very small menu to look at which was right in front of the register. This made it difficult to view the menu while others were waiting to view as well and for those who were trying to get to the register to pay for their order. We ordered a large pizza and 6 wings. It was a 20 minute wait, so I went to my car. I realized I was charged almost $30. The receipt the cashier gave me only had an amount, so I was unsure what I actually paid for. I went back inside and asked for a detailed receipt. The pizza and wings were a completely different price then listed on the menu. I was informed that the prices on everything went up (which is understandable in these times, but they need to either update their menu or inform customers when paying). Once I received my food and went home, the pizza was very small. 12 inch pizza is a large?? I will not...
