Wendy's located on MacDade Blvd in folsom, pa. I stopped to get take out and in all the years that I have been going to Wendy's in several locations, this one is horrible!! They had 2 very incompetent employees working the front end taking orders, etc. Neither one had any idea what they were doing. It was on Sunday., November 4th, around 2 PM There were about 7 or 8 customers ahead of me when I got in line. Several of them had been in line to give their orders at least 15 minutes or more and not happy. There were also at least 4 or 5 people off to the side waiting for their orders to come up. Very upset that they were waiting so long! Once I FINALLY got up to the counter, the girl was trying to take my order and bag other people's orders all at one time. I had to repeat my order several times, st one poi t she said , oops, we do not have any chili at this time!! Very frustrating since I had ordered baked potatoes with chili. So I asked for cheese for them on the side, and a burger , chicken tenders and 4 small frosties. She fixed the frosties first and sat them aside. A young man was busy trying to get orders put together for the people that had been waiting when I got there. At this point, I had already been there about 45 minutes. Very frustrated like all the customers were. Eventually, I got my order and left. Went directly home and once there , put the frosties in the freezer and realized they were melted into a drink,!! Not happy. Started handing food out and there was nothing g for the baked potatoes, no sour creams, butter or the cheese that were requested. A horrible experience. Never had service so bad at any fast food place. Will never go to that one again! Frosties were thrown away. Chicken tenders were cold...

I love the Wendy's the most and all I care about is if its fresh and hot or your usual cold and obviously has sat for way past the allowed time and has been recoded a few times kinda like how wawa is with their infamous hotdogs. a prime example of substantial business and a loyal customer gone for good. best 1/4 lb and 1l2 lb big bacon ive ever come across. I mean from the bun to the flavor of the meat. exactly if I was to make it. that lasted about 6 mos b4 it became apparent the times were being changed to extend their time and with that the quality changed dramatically from color size and yes a different oder. yes I have gone off topic for Wendy's but not by much. MY POINT WITH THE COMPARISONS OF THE TWO COMPANY'S AND THE TWO DIFFERENT FRESH MADE TO ORDER PRODUCT'S? IF THE FOODS I JUST WROTE A SMALL BOOK ON ABOUT ARE BEING FUGED AS FAR AS THE TIMES TO THROW AWAY AND MAKE NEW OR FRIES AS BEING SOLD DARK HARD AND EXTREMELY DRY, STOP ASAP, AS IN YESTERDAY, ITS OBVIOUS, WE ARE STARTING TO SERIOUSLY COMEING LESS FREQUENTLY AND EVEN WITH CONSTANT COMMENTS TO EMPLOYEES ON THE SPOT, NOTHING IS BEING CORRECTED. Read moreMy family and I were here today around 615 pm. We ordered 3 biggie bags and fries with no salt. They first put bacon on our burgers giving us jr bacon cheese burgers instead of double stacks with condiments after we asked for just cheese. We bring it back in and the cashier opened all the burgers in the counter with her bare hands to examine the burgers. My husband again asked for fresh fries with no salt because the fries were cold and had salt on them as well as the nuggets being cold. We received burgers with condiments and cold fries and nuggets. I went back in and there was a long line of people in there with complaints of cold food. The staff was so rude and unprofessional mocking me at first about me wanting new food and wanting the food made correctly. From the guys in the back on the headset to the young lady in the back making the burgers. Even the cashier was telling me it wasn’t that deep and to take the food as she gave it to me. She then proceeded to threaten me to the point where we had a verbal exchange and the manager came out. He made all the food fresh and still made all the food wrong. The cashier should be fired and those other kids need training except for the gentleman who kindly asked me what was the issue and listened to me patiently. All the staff used there bare hands to touch the food as well. I ended up throwing the food out. The place was screaming health hazard no hair...
