I am not one to share a bad review (this is my first ever) however we were beyond disappointed and dissatisfied. The restaurant is lovely and well appointment and the food wasn’t bad, but this did not make up for the subpar service and the owners incredibly disrespectful response to feedback. We waited for about 40 minutes after placing our order—hey, the place was busy and it was peek brunch time, so we get it, BUT our server forgot about us, never came back to get our mimosa order and never apologized for the late arrival of the food. Also, three tables came after us and their food came out first so it seems there was an issue with our order (maybe it wasn’t placed?). When my husband provided the owner with feedback, his response was to arrogantly point out that this was his joint and he ran it like he ran it, and that we were merely a table of seven. He also had the indecency of asking if there was anything else, dismissing him.
As locals living abroad due to the circumstances on the island, we are thrilled to come to PR and eat, drink and enjoy everything local, and sponsor our people. It is a true shame that we have to experience such disrespect from those we wish to support.

Read moreExtremely disrespectful to customers. We ate here last year and liked the vegetarian options. Today we took visiting family members and were treated terribly. My cousin's order, a burger, did not come out with the rest of the food. There was no explanation and we hoped it was on it's way. The server did not return and it took a while to get her attention although she was hanging out at the cashier area. She said that the burger was mixed up with another table indicating the table behind us and that another would be out soon. The rest of us ate believing the burger was on it's way. It was not, but the table behind us was then served four burgers while we continued to wait. That table came in well after us and was a larger group. We were then told that the problem was with the kitchen. We canceled the burger. No one apolized or offered to at least cover my cousin's drink, since she never got food to go with it. Our entire meal and treasured time together was spoiled by this terrible restaurant. Avoid thus place or risk a similar experience. The food that was served was mediocre, at best. And, since the server was avoiding us, my brother was unable to request the condiments that he needed for his food....

They were turned away. We stayed. I think it’s obvious that for whatever reason, you decided to provide terrible service because you didn’t like that…more people wanted to eat at your restaurant? We didn’t even mention that in our review because it is irrelevant. Those eating at your establishment were left waiting for the food—did we mention the coffee incident? No because it was rectified. You cannot hold grudges against customers. Also, our feedback was very genuine and in good faith because we work in this industry. You cannot be defensive. No one ever apologized for the mishap with the coffee, the long wait, etc. we were not looking for anything in return but to make you a better establishment.
