Wake N' Break — Restaurant in Rincón

Gluten free available if you go early. The owner has a close friend with celiac so she actually understands cross contamination. She prepared my meal on a dedicated workspace, and even checked on me after I ate. Food was INCREDIBLE. I'm devastated I found this restaurant on my last morning in rincon. I will be back on my next trip for breakfast daily. Definitely go if you are gluten free or not, as everyone I was with was super happy with their meals. Sneaky good little lunch trunk on the side of the road to grab a quick breakfast before beach hopping around rincon. They have outdoor cafe tables. Has a very bohemian surfer town vibe....very fitting for Rincon. You can get breakfast sandwiches, wraps, breakfast bowls. All really tasty and was better than the breakfast i had downtown at a cafe...

It was worth the wait & lack of a/c for the food. The croissant bec, bowl, & avocado toast was delicious! They were out of the mushrooms, but I was able to get the grilled veggies on the avo toast which really elevated the flavor.
