We’ve ordered from this domino’s multiple times. Every time we had hopes that service would get better. The delivery time is ridiculous. From “quality check” to “out for delivery” to our door is horrendous. This last order was out of the oven for over 40 minutes before it was sent out with a driver for delivery. We live less than 10 minutes from this store. Being curious about this I called the store 3 times. The line was disconnected twice. The one time I got through I specifically asked the associate who answered the phone if the delivery driver knew about the instructions on how to get to our address as gps will take the driver the wrong way down an impassible road. He was dismissive and rude. Couldn’t wait to get off the phone with me but assured me that the driver knew the proper directions which are also printed on the receipt. Surprise surprise the driver did not have the correct directions despite them being printed on the receipt (the receipt says “MUST take ** road”). We watched the app as the driver went the wrong way and upon arrival at our house stated that she had gotten stuck on the impassible road. Every order arrives ridiculously late and cold. Every driver goes the wrong way. Trying to call the store ends with a hang up or someone who frankly doesn’t give a damn. The employees are indifferent at best though I would describe them as lazy and incompetent. Do not order...
Read moreWe get car service since we’re 25 minutes away. I’m vegan, so I always order my extra veggie pizza with extra sauce and without cheese. It’s always good when it’s right, but at least 2-3 times out of 10, it’s made with cheese and needs to be corrected. A few times we didn’t check and found out when we got home. Now, we always check in the car. Tonight, mine needed to be remade. The online system and receipt both clearly said no cheese. It’s always good, though. I just wish they’d slow down enough to get the details right the first time. Mistakes are going to happen, but 2 or 3 out of 10 is far too high...
Read morePizzas are dry and doughy. They hardly used any sauce and most of it was pushed towards the outer edge of the pizza. The crust is bread like and lacks flavor. Toppings are low quality and taste like the inside of a freezer. The sauce taste like citric acid and old tomatoes. The employees can't ever cut the pizza right and it falls apart when you try to grab one of the very tiny slices. In summary if it weren't for all the coupons this chain would be out of business, everything is of the lowest quality. You can get much better pizza from your locally owned and operated pizza shop for around...
