McDonald's — Restaurant in Rio Grande City

In a sense I hold McDonald's in low regards due to the fact of a lot of bad experiences throughout the many states I've gone to for McDonald's, I do not want to be biased but to hold establishments with the honest truth today I came to this McDonald's with the same low expectations I have for every McDonald's when I was surprised with friendly employees who are well-managed with great leadership reflects upon its staff vehicles we're moving quick and for the most part I can say that those clients we're happy but the service and quality of food, I went inside and was greeted by great staff and great service which is and important thing for me but what surprised me more was the quality of food I ordered my favorite a Big Mac combo with a large Coke and 10 piece nuggets with my favorite sauces and the consistency of the food was absolutely up to par the Nuggets were nice and crispy and a Big Mac was absolutely delicious I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits Rio...

Girl at window was so rude, I told her my 2 happy meals had no fries and she assured several times the fries were in the boxes, she did not want to ck the boxes just kept saying fries were inside boxes. Went to dine-in at 4:12pm, payed for food, waited 1 hour for my food to be served and no signs of my food to be finished, had to stand up several times to check up on them and was told that in 20 minutes it'll be out, it was 5:15pm and my food was not ready they prefer to attend drive-thru first than dine-in customers, I went to check and was told that they barely put my order in that I had to wait "another" 20 minutes. I asked for a refund and one of the employees was so rude to me that she rolled her eyes to me her name is Hailey. Assistant manager gave me my refund but didn't even bothered to say sorry.
