Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

It’s been a TOUGH 3 weeks to say the least. I was truthfully mid mental breakdown in the drive thru when the nice girl in the sully costume (it’s Halloween) came to take my order. I couldn’t even really get a word out through the tears and she asked if I was alright.... i just laughed while crying and told her it’s been a really rough couple of weeks. And asked her to just get me whatever drink was her favorite, I’ve never been here before and even if I had I don’t think I’d be able to say my order without looking and sounding like a dying hippo. She ordered me a passionfruit and coconut lemonade (which is delicious btw) and then proceeded to tell me my drink was on the house. I’m still pretty much bawling my eyes out when I get to the window and the nice guy in the convict costume leans out the window and asks how I’m doing with a concerned look in his eyes. I tell him what’s going on and I swear I’ve never felt more loved then in that moment. He told me everything would be alright and everything happens for a reason. The then talked with me for a bit before giving me a drink. I was prepared to drive away and go cry some more in a quiet place but he wouldn’t let me leave. He sat there and told me to take some deep breaths and that he wouldn’t let me go unless I could stop bawling. I finally stop crying for a bit and am able to go. I decided to go park across the street to take a breather when I look down at my drink to find that he gave me a little DB sticker with a hand written note on it saying “we all ❤️ you. Please stay safe. We’re always here for you” Im still crying a lot but it’s so heartwarming to know that there are people who do genuinely care. Thank you...

Horrible experience here!!! There was a super long line going all the way around. I sat in it for about 10 min. When you go around the corner it splits into two lines but everybody stayed on the left hand side so as courtesy I stayed on the left hand side and everyone behind me did the same and then this one car went on the other side and pulled all the way to the front. The worker went over there and took her order and all these people in front of me and behind me we're still waiting to get their orders in. And when this one of the workers passed by me I was kind of frustrated and I asked her why did they let that lady order before all of us who have been waiting there a long time and they saw what was happening and she just looked at me and walked away. She (young native American girl in glasses) went to the back of the line and told all the new people who are coming to get into that lane so all those people were going to take orders before us and then she came back to me and asked me for my order and I said well I'm sorry but didn't you hear me and again she totally ignored me and asked me what I wanted and I again asked her if she had heard me if she had any comment and she said well you yelled at me I said no I didn't I asked why that lady was able to get in front of everybody and get her order in that didn't seem fair to all of us and she kept on talking over me and I decided not to waste my money somewhere that had no customer service etiquette. I had to come back and fix my review because I keep getting my order completely messed up from the 528 location. Every single time I order anything blended from this location it is just awful. I got a blended Electric Berry Lemonade and it was literally just lemonade with hardly any flavoring. Major letdown. Today my husband went to get me a Shark Attack Frost, something I have been looking forward to for two days now, and it was literally milk in a cup that was blended with very little ice. It was disgusting. My kids smoothie was the same. Just straight liquid. The other location on Unser never has this issue. So I keep wasting 5 bucks for a drink to come out either tasting like nothing or is coming out like water. I'm 9 months pregnant and when I have a craving I go to dutch and everytime I get anything other than coffee, it's just awful from this location. And before I hear that I could go back to the location and have them fix it, why would I go back to the same location so they can mess it up again? A Frost is supposed to be like a milkshake and it was literally pure liquid. Now I have to go to the other location to get a new one. So I'm out more money now. I hope the staff can start paying attention to how they do the...
