Pizza Boy — Restaurant in Rising Sun

I do-not recommend. The girl who takes your order, had her nose exposed and uncovered! The restaurant was filthy, just look at the ceiling inside, all full of grease. They allow customers to eat inside, without wearing a mask on and walk up to pay for their food, while walking through the restaurant without wearing a mask. I came in to try them today for my very first time. The entire encounter took more than thirty minutes. I ordered the most simple thing on the menu, two slices of plain cheese pizza. After about 15 minutes, I walked back inside as I was waiting outside in the freezing cold, staying safe away from people and Covid-19, to find out they forget to put my slices order in the oven. I waited another 15 minutes and walked back inside to get my pizza, finally. Not even a simple apology, nothing at all was said, just handed me my pizza, like I was a dog. When you are disrespectful, and don't honor your fellow americans, you shall receive a Zero Star review. Besides all of this unnecessary drama, the pizza was slightly undercooked and was not very tasty. I tossed it in the garbage can. A good lesson to be learned here folks, respect each other, and respect your country. Stay safe, and wear your darn masks! Wear them properly, over your Nose and over your Mouths, it's not that difficult! Happy New Years....

Ordered two club sandwiches one ham the other turkey she said what would I like on them I said what comes on them ( I already knew what came on them I was kidding her) to my surprise nothing comes on them just meat so I ordered bacon lettuce tomatoes and mayo. So then I ask so if it's a club sandwich it should come with these things other wise it just be a sandwich right she just glared at me lol. I order a order of fries and gravy. So apparently I paid extra for the condiments because the bill was 43.00 dollars for said two club sandwichs and one order of fries. The ham and turkey had no taste it was the cheapest lunch meat you can buy the bacon was bacon bits which fell off the sandwich as soon as you picked it up then they put cheese on it which I didn't order it with cheese and it tasted like the cheap individual wrapped cheese. There was so much mayo the bread was soggy. I used to own a couple of restaurants so I would like to let the owner know if your going to charge 5 star prices you should serv 5 star food other wise just close up up and let someone else rent the store that knows the business. Ps I owned restaurants for over 30 years til I retired. I WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE GO SOMEWHERE THAT KNOWS HOW TO PLEASE CUSTOMERS AND KNOWS HOW TO MAKE...

Alright food, but attitude from owner was shocking that he didn't know how to take advice or handle a situation . Thinks I was doing it to be spiteful . Because poor service from one of his employees. And if that was the case I would have stop going there awhile ago. But that had nothing to do with him . But being young and just learning some times it is hard to handle criticism in that field. I grew up in it and it's tough. You only hurt your business when you can't see past certain things in life and only see things your way. You don't argue over with customers over what they think is wrong with there food. But we live and learn .See his problem is people are going to go there no matter what cause there's not.much around there . Other then that, put him in a area were there's competition, he'd be out business quickly.And his version of a perfectly brown pizza is way off, I made way more then he has in his life span of pizza. Black is not brown for sure . And the marinara sauce he passes off, is not marinara when it taste like...
