Pizza Tower II — Restaurant in Rising Sun

I did love it until I went in there with my cane and I was in a small bit of pain which increased quite a bit so I asked the man how much delivery charge was , he said three dollars . I said okay I would like to give him the $3 and go home because I forgot I had a couple bags of things to take home in the back seat and it would be too much for me to carry the pizza also with my cane so I would appreciate it to be delivered. He promptly told me, "Oh no, we can not do that because you already paid. So I patiently waited for my pizza to be done as I was sitting there in pain and I walked my pizza out to the car and I walked back in and let him know that I would not be returning to his place anymore he did not seem to care at all he said okay fine I guess he did not recognize me from the many times I ordered pizza from home I'd only been in there a couple times in person. Since I did not feel he cared, I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore. I did have a high rating and recommended them a great...

We went here yesterday, and while it wasn’t our first time, it was the trip that made me want to write a review. My toddler was not having a good day, but requested a burger. We stopped here and he got his burger.. which was HUGE! My husband and I ordered the cheesesteak special, which my toddler also ate some of and loved it (that says a lot on its own haha).

But, what made me want to write this review was because of how nice the lady at the front counter was. From the moment we walked in she was very friendly, then she saw our toddler looking at the carousel and asked if he wanted to ride. We didn’t have any physical cash, but she kindly offered a quarter so he could ride it. He loved it and it completely turned his day around!

The food is great, but when you have customer service that is friendly, that goes a long way, too! We will continue to Come back and remember to dine in more often, rather...

We order from here pretty consistently, and usually everything's fine. Food's good, prices are good, and most of the drivers are cool. But I just got a call from presumably the manager or owner telling me his driver doesn't want to deliver here because we don't tip well enough. And that'd be fine, if the reason I don't tip well wasn't because pretty consistently they mess up drinks or side orders. Or forget stuff like salads entirely. ETC. Don't complain about losing out on tip money when stuff like that happens. But otherwise, good all-around delivery place. Edit: I should add that the other location, down in Perryville, is also just as good, and I just placed my order there instead. No issues with...
