I order coffee here quite often now, and I come with friends on the occasion, but it's a very nice and comfortable place for a coffee and a quick bite with friends, or even a good place to get some work done! There are plenty of outlets, and there’s a nicely kept bathroom too. I came here when they did waffles, and they were tasty, but I'm unsure if they still do them anymore. I'd say it's worth asking, though! If you don't drink coffee, they have tea, hot chocolate, bubble tea, and more! They also have ice cream, and personally I like vanilla, and I liked the vanilla ice cream. I got one scoop of it last time. My usual order is either a decaf iced toasted marshmallow latte, or a decaf iced mocha. Today, I got a decaf iced vanilla mocha, and I thought it was great! A problem that I've had with other coffee shops is that their decaffeinated espresso often tastes more burnt than regular espresso, and somehow this place has decaffeinated espresso that *does not* have that problem! So, regardless of the time of day you come, you'll always get good quality drinks. Also, in case this is a bonus, there are blinds by the windows if you find that the sun's too blinding if you're by them!

I stopped by Cafe Teasia for a quick break and had their iced green tea along with a pastry—it was the perfect combo! The tea was refreshing and not overly sweet, just the way I like it. The pastry was light, flaky, and delicious. The ambiance is cozy, with plenty of seating and a relaxed vibe. It's the kind of place you can bring your laptop and get some work done while enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back for some quiet time and to try more of their drinks. Highly recommend!

Popped in this past weekend and had a nice hot matcha latte. Matcha was actually really nice and smooth but also strong in flavor. They also have fun options like the bubble waffle which I hope to get next time. They also have bubble tea. My friend tried one and it was pretty good. This is definitely a cafe to work out of - they have WiFi and wall plugs. Some folks were doing some work there too. Definitely recommend visiting here. And there’s a free parking lot available.

I’ve visited this location several times, and unfortunately, the experience is wildly inconsistent depending on the time or day. On far too many occasions, I’ve witnessed a troubling lack of adult supervision. It’s completely unacceptable to see groups of young employees joking around at the register, throwing paper into baskets, or chatting with friends while customers are left waiting extended periods to place or receive their orders.

This level of unprofessionalism reflects poorly on this place and seriously damages its reputation. It’s disappointing, especially because I’ve had good experiences here in the past; particularly with a young woman at the register who made an excellent matcha (I regret not catching her name). In contrast, others, including one employee with long hair and overly dramatic lashes, demonstrated a complete disregard for customer service.

I will not be returning, and I sincerely hope management takes action to implement proper oversight and hold staff to a higher standard of...

We initially came here due to high reviews, and upon arrival I was immediately drawn to the croffles. When I went to order one, I was told I can't heat it up because the whipped cream would melt. Confused, I asked if they were made fresh and she said no its pre-made with the whipped cream on top and some fruit. Not very appealing anymore is it? Seeing that I was disappointed, she offered to make me one fresh. Shouldn't the standard be fresh for every customer? It was good but only because it was fresh otherwise I wouldn't recommend you ordering one. Coffee wise I ordered the marshmallow latte and it came out LUKEWARM! cardinal rule of hot coffee is that it needs to be served PIPING HOT! I found the little marshmallows in the latte weird because they didnt melt due the coffee not being hot. Ugh just too many rookie moves here; felt like the staff didn't know what they were doing or how to handle running a cafe sorry to say. Decor is ok, a bit dark and sad looking, def room for improvement...
