Don Chicken 돈치킨 리버에지 — Restaurant in River Edge

We went to Don Chicken today for the first time and are we glad to have found this place! We got the plain wings and snow (cheese) wings, as well as the tonkatsu and ramen. Everything was amazing - the pickled radish was beautiful and crunchy, the accompanying soup and slaw were spot on. The ramen was ok (I personally don't like chicken ramen but it was mind-blowing). The chicken wings were crispy and full of flavor. This is a well hidden gem of a restaurant!!! Must go.

EDIT April 2022: We've been regulars of this establishment for well over a year at this point and the quality is still as good as the first time we went. Absolutely honorable and very well done to the staff and owners here. We've stopped getting the snow/cheese wings just because our personal tastes changed - but we are absolutely in love with the soy garlic wings (and of course, the plain wings). WAY better...

I ordered lunch from Don Chicken for our office catering, and it was beyond amazing! 😄 The delivery was on time, and they brought everything we could need plates, forks, spoons, napkins, ketchup—so easy for everyone to serve themselves. They were super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.

The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. Everything was tasty, but the seasoned chicken and rose tteokbokki were absolute highlights. Nothing was soggy, and you could tell everything was made fresh. Everyone in the office loved it!!!

It also felt like the ownership has changed, because the service and attention to detail were completely different from our 2yrs previous order.

I put in a take out order for Galbi wings thru their website. Upon arriving at the store, I saw parking spots available right in front of the store. Right in front of the entrance they have the register counter. On the left is the dining area. Loved the dining area, specially the beautiful decoration with instant noodles on the wall.
