Ben and Pablo did an amazing job transforming our garage into a home gym, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. What started as a plain, unfinished space is now one of our favorite parts of the house. He handled everything with incredible attention to detail - from the custom wood walls and ceilings, attic conversion with new white oak stairs, full length floor to ceiling mirrors, new windows and HVAC installation, flooring, LED lighting, as well as the layout and finishing touches.

My fiance and I originally chose Ben because of his great reviews, in particular one review that pointed out his rare combination of reasonable prices with top notch quality and professionalism - and Ben truly lives up to his reputation. He was fair and transparent with costs, delivered work that looks and feels premium, and was an absolute pro to work with - always on time, respectful, and great at communicating. He takes full ownership of his projects and treats every space as if it were his own home.

We would 100% recommend Nico Home Improvement to anyone planning on renovating a bathroom, or any other room in the house. Ben and Pablo and the rest of the team have a super work ethic that makes them always strive to do the best job possible. We gave them quite a complex task to fulfill with many out of the box details that would have thrown some of the other contractors I have recently worked with. But they rose to the challenge and surpassed my expectations. As is usual in any major bathroom renovation, unexpected problems will crop up, but Ben helped me find solutions when design ideas did not match the practicality of plumbing, construction or electrical work, and he has ended up being more like a friend than a contractor. He has a wonderful personality that is friendly, respectful and communicative. As you can see from the photos, this project came out really well, and we will not hesitate to call on Nico when we need more work done...

Our experience working with Nico Home improvement was wonderful from start to finish. After being ghosted by two contractors, it was definitely a case of third time lucky! Ben always did WHAT he said he would, WHEN he said he would! We recieved the estimate promptly and he was able to start the work around our schedule. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he took great pride in his work. We had him do some repairs to our kitchen cabinets, install a backsplash and plumbing work as well as a full bathroom remodel from demo to completion.

He arrived promptly every day and cleaned up after himself. My children loved watching out for 'Bens Van' every morning! He became part of our daily routine for a few weeks.
