I visited this Taco Bell drive-thru tonight, & it was not the best experience. I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve been to a Taco Bell as poor as this one. I ordered two orders of cinnamon twists with my food, and I’ve never tasted ANY cinnamon twists quite like these. They had the worst and most bizarre taste I’ve ever experienced. Straight up tasted like really old oil. Which tells me they rarely if ever change the frying oil. Both of my roommates noticed it too & one of them even spit hers out. The other one said “really bad aftertaste.” My roommate’s cheesy Gordita crunch did not have any of the white sauce on it, which everyone knows is the best part. The two times I’ve been here before, my cheesy Gordita didn’t have any white sauce on it either. And tonight after ordering 3 large Baja blasts, the employee told me that the Baja blast fountain was “down,” which is odd, because don’t all the drinks come out of the same machine? I went inside to order something i’d forgotten after I was done at the drive-thru, & the fountain machine in the lobby did not have any “out of order” sign on it for guests on it at all. So I’m guessing the Baja blast fountain was just down behind the counter, not the lobby? The cherry on top was the fact that in the drive thru, when the employee handed me the drink carrier through the window, one of the large drinks tipped over right into my lap and spilled all into my seat and between my legs, not pleasant, and all he said was “uh oh,” while not offering me a napkin or anything to clean it up. I had to use a shirt in the back of my car. I could see that he was busy though so that’s not a big deal. Just an accident. But please, CHANGE THE OIL and get rid of that bitter taste, don’t ever forget the white sauce, & keep the Baja blast in stock, and then maybe I’ll come back to this location, because Taco Bell is LIFE & my all time favorite fast food place....
Read moreI was in there on Thursday I placed an order ahead of time on my phone app My order was incorrect. I tried to call the store to get them to refund my missing items the person on the phone was rude and set me down several times. They wanted me to return to the store I explain to them I was a truck driver and unable to do that. And I was just getting the order for my family before I left out on the road. They said I could stop back in the next day I sent my sister and they wouldn't even deal with her. The person I spoke to on the phone even refused to give me a name. Of course they're not going to deal with you you don't even have anybody's name that they talked to.
I really thought what could possibly go wrong they placed about five or six stickers on my bag to seal it. In order for me to open it up to check it I would have had to destroy the packaging. I tell you I'll never make this mistake again. I usually get pretty good service from this location I just live down the street so I go pretty often when I'm home. This is a warning for everybody check your order and make sure it's correct because they really don't care if they have your order right or wrong. Also ordering on the app might give you those pretty points and get you free food eventually but if they forget to give you something there is no way to get a refund or contact left person even after calling the store and not everybody can always go back. Your money is in their pocket and after that they just really don't have any motivation to correct their mistakes. And yes it may seem petty but this was just over two orders cinnamon twists that were for children that were disappointed because Auntie Char didn't give then the treat they were promised for eating...
Read moreI ordered 2 gordita supremes, the cashier rang up 3 crunchy chalupas (I've never had those before). Luckly I caught the mistake before the order was prepare and informed her she made a mistake. She has never heard of the gordita supreme. Ive been eating Gordita supremes sunce I was twenty, my favorite. As an employee she had no idea what I was talking about. The manager didnt know what I was talking about either, he said she was only there for about 2 weeks. Fine. I settled for the chalupa supreme, even though im not a fan of the fried gordita. Also order 3 fiesta potaotes they gave me instead 3 burritos. The order was correct on the ticket but gave the the wrong menu item. Fiesta potatoe were for my 10 , 7, and 4 year old girls. I specifically told the employee to not to give me burnt potatoes becuase they ALWAYS DO (its my kids favorite, what else can I do) I told the cashier she gave me the wrong order, she was clueless about what I was trying to tell her. She said ok she would get them right out. After ten minutes I asked her, she forgot about my order. I was very angry. I told the manager i paid for fiesta potaotes and still have not recieved the order. He used the excuse that they were being cook. I was watching the cashier and cooks the whole time and they had made at least 3 orders of potatoes for drive through after I had informed the cashier about the mistake. From the time I told the cashier the second time avout my order 15 minutes had passed. They didn't seem to worried about it. My daughter wanted one more order, so I ordered another one. That single order took 5 minutes to be made. I do not understand why the their priorities are not the customer and the focus is on them having a good time at work. Ver very...
