I couldn’t speak to the craftsmanship, but I have no idea why they would have any good customer service reviews. I called to ask about fixing a leather wrapped dashboard and the person who answered showed absolutely no customer service. Upon answering, he simply blurted something which I’m assuming was the name of the company, but threw me because it didn’t really sound like A Affordable Upholstery. That was all he said, so I proceeded to explain what I needed since I didn’t know what else to say. I asked if this was something they could do and he just said “No we don’t” with an annoyed tone. That was the entire extent of his conversing. This is not customer service. Answer legibly and with a greeting, ask how you can provide a service, offer suggestion/understanding, end the conversation with some form of farewell phrase. Had headliner done on my truck this guy broke the clip on sunvisor and loss clip on Handle he charge me $375 iam good with that, he said he would get parts fix my visor that was 3 months ago and I even gave him $25 extra to help out with parts! He rook over five months!!!!!!!!! When he said it would only take a few weeks!!! I was doing Restoration on a 62 impala. I had left the Seats with him while I was doing body work to get ready for the rest of the interior. Man said it would take him about 2 to 3 weeks to do the inside of the car. Everybody worked after paint.I had still heard nothing on the seats. Didn't really think much of it. Took the car to him. Waited a week or two called him to see how things were going still hasn't even touched the seats or the car. Mind you I paid him some of the cost up front. Weeks and weeks of haggling with the man finally get the car done. Wrinkles all in the interior console seats door panel's headliner.
