I blame us customers who keep feeding these homeless drug addicts for always hanging around harassing hungry hardworking patron who choose to take part in society by finding work. The reason this place is always filthy is because these dirty drug addicts beg for food then when they get food, they walk around the whole store throwing trash in the ground instead of sitting down like a civilized person or just keeping the trash in the bag until it's time to dispose everything. They literally will throw ketchup packets and straw contents in the ground, spit out what they bit off to open the packet. These people behave worst than animals and are disrespectful to the cleaning crew. They will beg all day and eat all day long. They eat more than the patrons who come in after a hard days work, to spend what they can. These addicts each all day around the clock after they're done smoking. The seats smell and I'm concerned of bed bugs. They reach over the counter to grab things because they've basically made this their home. And they reach with the dirtiest hands I've ever seen. They make the bathroom extra filthy but still have dirty hands. This is total disregard for patron and hard working persons. They have disdain and contempt. Get a job!!! Stop hanging out here, eating all day, contaminating EVERYTHING. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING. AT LEAST HAVE MANNERS IF YOURE HOMELESS. THEYRE NOT IN NEED, THEY ARE LAZY, THEY ARE NOT EVEN TRYING LIKE THE REST OF THE PEOPLE KEEPING THIS PLACE RUNNING FOR THEM TO JUST TRASH IT AND CONTAMIN US WITH FILTHY HABITS. THIS IS LIKE A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY IN HERE! AND NOT THE FAULT OF THE CREW....the crew needs to read the instructions on the tickets (that's why there's and option to customize). Read moreClose to my home so I go here often almost everyday. I always ask for everything I need at the speaker then when I get to the drive thru window I’m getting attitude, shaking of the heads, shutting the window cutting me off, and not trying to get me what I requested at the speaker because they forgot to add it and it’s been from the lady employees. I’ve had to request a refund several times due to this just for the manager to come to the window and get it for me. Horrible customer service. I literally drove off from the drive thru just now because the lady at the first window gave me attitude, and shut the window on me while I was trying to hand her my money.
Update: 12/28/24 I came today after not being to this location for a while and of course nothing changed. Sure it was the same lady at the first window and she looked me in the face then proceeded to roll her eyes at me because I said I had a code through the app🙃 it feels a little targeted at this point not sure if it’s cause I typically come everyday and typically have requests that I ask for at the speaker. Im not going to lie it’s crazy cause I used to work at McDonald’s at 16 so if yall need me to go part time mornings to train her on adequate customer service and running the first window I definitely can. Read moreThis morning, at around 1:30am, I arrived for an Uber Eats order. I proceeded to drive thru as 6 cars were in front of me. I approached the mic and made known I have an Uber Eats order.
As I patiently waited in line for 10 minutes, I decided to drive around to window as I have done many times before and received were assisted. As I approached the window, I noticed another Uber Eats driver waiting. We eventually got the attention of the manager after a few minutes.
Unfortunately, the male manager who wouldn't give his name told us rudely to get in line. As we tried to tell him we were in line; he largely ignored us. We noticed orders sitting on the counter behind him and asked if he can just give it to us because the food is sitting there getting g cold. He insist on us getting back in line with so many cars in line. He aggressively said, "I said go around and get in line. Go away", which was blatantly disrespectful.
As a manager, his poor behavior was extremely dissappointing. Such behavior is unacceptable and shouldn't be allowed or tolerated. I am certain, I will not visit this...
