I have never been to any fast food restaurant and experienced the worst customer service in the world. The young lady taking my order was.....RUDE, IMPATIENT AND DISRESPECTFUL through the drive-thru. She was rushing us and never turned off her mic to say disrespectful things to other co-workers such as I wish they hurry up and blowing continuously on the mic. During the placing of my order she became agitated and basically yelled with frustration.....so what do you want! That's when I had enough, pulled around front to ask for the manager. A manager by the name of Tanesha I think came out with no better attitude so I requested for the district manager and I called and told her what happened she then referred me to the area manager who I left a voicemail for around 10:20am. It is now 3:56pm and no return call. Management is a reflection of their employees. Now I understand why the service is the way it is. To make matters worst tried to contact Corporate online and the system would not allow me to file a complain....go figure. With that being said..... Read moreI'd give 0 stars if possible! I have been wanting to get Bojangles for the last few days, I rarely spend money on fast food but when I do it something I want. Today I went to Bojangles to spend my hard earned money for a meal I had to wait 20+ mins. It was very very slow so I decided to park and go inside the drive through time must be horrible. When I got inside there were two customers waiting, I tell the woman at the register how long I was waiting and I decided to come inside to get the meal, small meal at that. Everyone seemed so out of place, unorganized and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They didn’t have anything ready no one apologized for the wait and when the girl at the drive through yelled out my drink was ready the girl at the front said “No! He came inside, he can fix his own drink.” Wow! What a terrible place, I would never come back ever! My order was also missing food. Read moreThis Bojangles always has a million excuses as to why they can never deliver on great customer service and hot food. I have been coming here since it opened and it's always a hit or miss. I've been quiet long enough. Today, they didn't give me a receipt for this nasty, cold, bacon, egg and cheese biscuit so instead of me getting a refund the manager said he will feed me and my whole family instead. Well sir, this is the SECOND DAY IN A ROW that you have served me cold, old food so why would I want more food from your establishment? I don't care if it is free! Also it's not my fault that your receipt printer is broken hence the reason I didn't receive a receipt for my purchase to be able to get a refund (how sway).
