Stopped by the Burger King in Riverdale, Ga. (6910 GA-85)this morning around 10:45 am. I tried to order whopper combo but the broiler wasn't working (which I found out later in a conversation with the manager named Kim... white lady looking to be about early to mid 50s) so they were only serving fried foods and/or breakfast even though the menu board was displaying lunch. The lady working the drive thru speech was so slurry and distorted that I had to ask her 3 times to repeat herself. When I finally understood that she was saying they're only serving fried food, she offered no explanation as to why! The manager named Kim then took over the microphone and said in a frustrated voice", Burgers are not fried and if I wanted any food it will have to be breakfast or fried because the broiler is not working!" And to stop questioning her emloyee about things she didn't have the answer to! The tone of voice she said it in was very unprofessional and rude. I then told her," In the future, when people are trying to order, if they just say," We're not serving burgers right now due to the broiler not working" it will alleviate a lot of misunderstandings. Long story short, this was some of the worse customer service that I've ever experienced!! The lady working the drive thru and especially, Kim the manager, needs to be retrained in how to deal with the public, customer service, along with professionalism. I would rate this experience a zero if...
Read moreI came through up here last month and I tried to walk in to place a to go order. They had the doors locked during the day for some odd reason and the cashier working in drive-thru kept trying to get my attention as well as pointing her finger to get me to go to the drive-thru. I'm wondering why would they close the Dining Room during the day and I can see if it was during the evening time close to the after hours. I ordered a Triple Whopper with cheese combo meal large size with a coke and I really should have checked my order before I pulled off. She instead, gave me a Whopper with cheese combo meal large size. I was so disappointed especially with me being charged a little over 15.00 for the wrong meal. I also tried calling the business number to complain and it's not even the business number. It's some kind of business number located out in Norcross. It's so sad that they don't want customers knowing their real business number and they can easily scam people. It's so ridiculous because I worked as a Store Manager for 9 years at Burger King back when I was in my early 20s in my hometown of South Bend, Indiana. If I still worked in the food industry as a Store Manager, I would have gotten rid of those most unprofessional Crew Members at...
Read moreI have visited this branch of Burger King on several occasions being that it’s convenient to my home every time I go there to either order through the drive thru or have a mobile order the people behind the microphones are rude, condescending, or plainly don’t care and it shows through there work because as I said every time I have come here they are not only bad at customer service in the fast food industry but I feel the employees and management are poorly trained and if not that they are poorly trained they plainly don’t care about the job and want a just any old pay check I say this for the reasons above and that they constantly miss my order not by one small thing sometimes two or three meals when I usually order $50 to $100 dollars worth of meals and I find myself constantly calling them or having to drive back to the location and showing them that I am missing meals why are they constantly like that? But I feel corporate should get involved and just rehire willing people who will take the job seriously. It’s embarrassing and disgusting they way people are treated by this branches employees. I will never recommend this place to anyone and this was the last time I go to this branch save your money and avoid headaches spend your...
