McDonald's — Restaurant in Riverside Township

Today I stopped in to buy my niece a quick bite to eat, while paying three roaches were running around on the counter. I told the lady will not be moving forward with my transaction while she was trying to kill them . Come to find out they still charged my card and were unwilling to refund saying I have to come back to the establishment. NO ONE AT ANY POINT IN TIME ATTEMPTED TO CATCH ME BEFORE I LEFT (THE MANAGER SAID SHE HAD TRIED TO STOP ME)... I WAS WALKING VERY SLOWELY AND STOOD IN THE MALL FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. This location was probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We first pulled up to the drive thru ,3 minutes passed by and the line of cars is not moving, people srarted to back out of the drive thru, so we decided to just dine in instead, we walked in and lady who took our order got it all wrong, we had to take couple of trips back to her to fix the order. The staff was not properly moving the orders,there was something wrong I dont know what it is. It did not feel like a normal McDonald's where everyone is working like beehive. I think they need to look into that...

Worse McDonald's I ever been too..i order chicken nuggets nd I told her pure honey nd even told her not honey mustard nd as soon as I get my order they didn't give me anything nd then I asked for it nd she's like we don't have any.. I told her y didn't the cashier checked nd told me nd she was still giving me her mad face..pissed me off..nothin but lazy bitches..they have long ass fake nails nd they cnt even work wit them..they spilled oatmeal all over the counter 😡 do urself a favor go to the other restaurants better or...
