Original review: Food is always excellent!! Service is great too! I love the Cucumber soup and the beef and broccoli in oyster sauce.

A friend of mine took me to lunch here (my recommendation) and didn't leave a tip. We were almost to our cars when we were followed outside because my friend signed the receipt but did not add a total OR a tip. So she signed the total and the woman asks if there was something wrong with the service I said no, it was delicious thank you! (I bring my business here ALL THE TIME and I always tip! I dont know why she chose not to tip and i didn't ask) She asked, well why didn't you leave a tip? I told her my friend brought me to lunch I'm not sure why she didn't tip.(and I didn't have any cash on me) I said sorry but she was visibly upset, she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. My friend left and I went back in and asked for the owner and was informed that they're not in very often. I spoke to someone else and asked if it's a requirement to tip in order to eat in this establishment? They said no it's not a requirement but that I SHOULD tip. I expressed how unprofessional it is to chase down customers and ask such questions if its not a requirement to eat here. After all was said and done the gentleman said okay it's not a requirement to tip but it's also not a requirement for us to serve you either so next time she sees someone she doesn't want to serve she has the right to refuse. The woman smiled and said alright! SHE WASN'T EVEN MY SERVER!!! anyway, I said thank you...

Well, I've read great reviews so I decided to give it a shot. I arrived right before 12:00 pm but I got seated right away. I gave my order, Thai tea, water and Pad See-ewe. After I got my drink, there were people that were sat next to me. I responded to emails and text while waiting, quickly 34 minutes pass, the 3 people next to me that came in after were almost done with their meals. I was served water 3 times, so I would think the person topping off my water would've noticed that my meal still hasn't arrived, I'm thinking no. I asked the lady that was helping another table why my food hasn't arrived. She was very nice and polite and had it out in 5 minutes. Unfortunately, it was late and I had to head back to my office so I asked for it to go. I went to pay and I was asked how my meal was, I said I don't know, I never got it, so I asked for it to go. He asked did someone forget to put the order in, "I guess so" was my reply.

Now, what comes next is what will determine if I give a good review, comment or will dine there again. I just spent 45 minutes on 3 glasses of water and a Thai tea with food to go. I did get an apology from him and a bill for almost $18.00. Hmmmm, I said no thank you for the food but yes to the tea, $4 and change.

I wasn't expecting a free meal, maybe a discount, a coupon or something to be compensated for my time that I spent in there waiting. Well that was my experience.

This place has the worse customer service ever. I left the restaurant after having lunch with my son. When we got home he realize that he had left his $600 retainers on the table. I called the restaurant immediately to ask if the retainers were still on the table. The owner refused to help me and look or ask the other coworkers because he said he was too busy to help me. My husband drove to the restaurant when he arrived he noticed that there was not one customer in there. Yet the owner still refuse to help us and ask his coworkers if they had seen the retainers or somebody put them aside. This has been one of the worst restaurant experiences that I have ever had. I had never been to this restaurant before but some of the reviews were good I will never go there again. Besides the owner being rude and not helping us I also noticed how crowded the tables were to each other and there was several people coughing over others. I am very upset over this situation this restaurant clearly has no consideration for other people and don't know the meaning of kindness and compassion for others. All he had to do was ask the other people there if anyone had seen anything I understand if they went in the trash I'm going to replace them but the rudeness is what really upset me. Besides all of this, the place is very run down and looks dirty I will definitely not recommend this to...
