Okay, I will be the first to tell you that I had a large order so with that in mind I will now give you my experience. We had gone there for dinner, and I had asked to use several coupons. Mind you this was the drive-through. Where some other places will only let you use one coupon at a time, Burger King will generally let you use multiples. The young lady who was taking my order was very attentive, and even requested verification on my order. After placing the order of course I had to pull up and pay for it which is where a minor hiccup came in. The cashier had only rang in 4 of the coupons instead of the six that I had handed her. Of course when I ask about it, the manager was super helpful and reverse the transaction and redid it saving me $11. They were very cautious and double-checked the order so that everything was included in my bags. The only trouble was when we got home, everyone's sandwiches were right except for mine. They forgot to add cheese, an added onion which I always exclude. The food however was fresh enough that when I got home it was still warm which is quite unusual for fast food. The management and staff at this particular Burger King are always extremely nice and helpful. That is why I travel a couple miles extra to go to that one instead of the one closest to my house. My suggestion, if it's a real big deal or an allergy double-check everything. For me it was as easy as slapping on some cheese I'm pulling the onions off. The great customer service however and the politeness of all the staff members made it so that it was not a big deal to me. Thanks guys for saving me from...
Read moreI was here a few weeks ago and had a great experience so I kept my expectations high and decided to come back today for lunch (big mistake). I ordered double cheeseburger meal with no onions. The order taker was quick to tell me that the burger doesn't come with onions--O.kay--then I have nothing to worry about, right? I place order pull around to pay and go (again, expectations are high). I like to eat my fries while I drive (who likes cold fries?) so I eat a few then realize there are no napkins in the bag! Really? Are we rationing?? So, since I had just used hand sanitizer, I figured that licking my fingers could add an extra spice to the salt and would improve the otherwise dry and lukewarm potatoes! I made do. Then I get to the burger...well, look at all of my pictures and let me know if you see the problem....EXACTLY!!!! Nowhere on my receipt or the ticket attached to the bag does it state BACON! Look closely--the grill ticket matches the burger but the order number does not. Yep, I was given someone else's order and the truly sad part is...I. don't. eat. pork! So, that burger went straight into the trash! The best part of that $8.92 meal was the large...
Read moreI don’t usually eat BK as I don’t like many of the menu items but I Came in on my lunch break, super excited for chicken fries, and not a single person greeted me nor the young lady that walked in behind me.. it took at least 10 mins for someone to finally come take my order.. there were over 6 employees working and it still took over 15 mins to get my order(only 2 orders of chicken fries and a 4pc mozzarella fry) during this wait I watch an employee dump fries into the warming that were still DRIPPING oil and noticed that my feet were sticking to the nasty, unmopped floor.. when I finally get back to work to eat, one order of the chicken fries look and taste like they’d been sitting there all day and the other order seemed to be fresh but even those tasted like they were made in really old oil… that is absolutely disgusting.. i watched as they served DoorDashers orders that they’d just prepared in the moment before i received my order which was ordered FIRST… I wouldn’t have been so surprised if it was a bunch of teenagers working but everyone there was grown as hell I’m glad I don’t eat here… if I could have gave zero stars, I would...
