Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle in my entire life. The photo attached is a legitimate picture of the side of queso I was charged full price for. That is how the container looked straight out of the bag. Absolutely unreal. The woman at the window was rude as could be while she just stood there on her phone not doing anything but pretending to sweep the same section of the floor for 7 or 8 minutes and stopping to play on her phone and hold the counter down in case gravity decided to give out. She goes to hand me my food and just opens the window, shoves the bag out without saying a word and shuts it after I grab the bag. ALL WHILE HAVING HER FACE BURIED IN HER PHONE. To really put the icing on the cake the food was absolutely disgusting. Had the food been serviceable I’d have just let the event slide and chalked it up to shitty late night staffing. This was the nasties food I’ve received from a restaurant in a long time. My food literally tasted like it was old. The meat was hard and crusty/dry from sitting out and just had a “foods been left out all day” type of flavor to it. I tried eating it to at least satisfy my hunger but couldn’t force myself to take another bite about half way through. I will never be eating at this location again as this is not the first time I’ve had issues here. It’s actually more common than not which is sad to say. This time though has just sent me over the edge as again, this was quite literally the worst experience I’ve EVER had at a chipotle and maybe even a top 3 worst experience at ANY restaurant in my entire life.
This happened on 9/10/2024 at 8:40PM so those on shift can be held accountable. I will be demanding my entire order be refunded to my chipotle account since I couldn’t even choke down the garbage that they attempted to sell me. After that I’ll be waiting with my fingers crossed for this chipotle to shut down and be replaced with something that actually classifies as...
Read moreOrdered online a burrito bowl it was good but but the large queso blanco and chips were stale and chewy. You company’s need to stop asking us for tips no og fast food places do that pay your workers right. Now I’m irritated that I paid almost 10 dollars plus tip for stale chips. I have worked at several restaurants and have made tortillas chips it takes under a minute. What a shame don’t bother offering to make it right I won’t wast anymore gas or time to go up there. It was 3 o’clock and dead no excuse in my book. Had to edit to emphasize that it this is not a sit down and be served restaurant the idea of tipping to drive off and find your food sucks and the only option is to hop in your car and turn around to get your order correct that is what a server at your table in a restaurant is good for. If you expect extra compensation especially up front make sure your food service is of quality to earn that tip. Don’t feel too bad Fire House subs and CJ chans can’t complete orders properly and beg for extra cash. The only place to do me right is the gyro palace by Dayton Mall. Quit asking hard working people to compensate your employees. I got better stuff to spend my money on then stale chips not mad at the workers stuff happens but the concept of me tipping at a place I have to travel back to to even get thing right(which I will definitely not be doing) is a slap in the consumer’s face. Especially for drive thru where I pay with a credit card in advance the workers didn’t have to handle money nor did I use your facilities. Oh yeah I helped you keep the carbon emissions down by not wasting fuel to drive back up there your welcome. If you do want to make it right screw the replacement just throw me back my tip though credit...
Read moreI ordered a carnitas burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side as well as extra carnitas on the side. When the employee went to put the carnitas on my bowl, I realized that most of it was dry, but couldn’t see it well. I asked if they had any meat that wasn’t so dry- I was told that was all they had left. The employee told me he would get me some from the bottom that wasn’t “juicier”. I also asked for some extra on the side, and he put a small amount in a small side container. When I got home, I got a better look at the carnitas meat. It doesn’t show up very well in the picture, but it was essentially all pork jerky. Very stringy, very dry, very tough, just like jerky. I was also charged an absurd amount for a small additional side of pork jerky- over $4 extra. Additionally, I was charged for a tortilla on the side with two massive holes in it- basically unusable. I tried calling three separate times to see what could be done. I was sent through an automated system and hung up on all three times when it tried to connect me to the people working in the store. They were almost dead when I had been there 10 minutes prior, so I find it difficult to believe that they were unable to answer the phone. I’m very disappointed in this location, and urge that you drive to another one of the three/four locations...
