Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Riverside

Went to this Carl's Jr. to try to used the restroom because it was an emergency!!! The service girl, Liliana, told me I had to pay to use the restroom. She said, you MUST buy something in order to be able to use the restroom. I was so darn desperate; so, I told her I was going to buy a small soda. Well, this girl, Liliana ripped me off!!! She was VERY DISHONEST!!!! Plus, I felt very humiliated to no end bc I begged her to please just let me used the restroom!!! She made me paid to used the restroom. I paid for a small size soda $3.25. Well, what came next was unexpected; she gave me a kid's size cup!!! After, I came out of the restroom, I realized what she had done!! I went to her, and asked her to give me the right size cup. Instead, she decided to lied to my face and told me that was the right size. Then, I asked her to call her manager, she refused. She said he/she was not in the restaurant. I am heart broken. I left the restaurant with a sour taste in my mouth because this young lady, whom seem so nice, is nothing but dishonest and had...

Needed to grab a bite to eat after some shopping and decided to stop here. Noticed no other customer's presence when I entered dining area, while eating, or when I departed.

Wanted to wash my hands before my meal was served so it was necessary to get the combination for the restroom. It was a slight challenge finding a clean table as most were littered with crumbs and looked sticky. There was also a large dried gooey looking spill on the floor with a tall yellow "wet floor" caution marker.

My meal was okay but it would have been a sight more pleasant and enjoyable in a cleaner environment. As I sat eating, I noticed the manager come out and check the area several times but didn't wipe up or clean anything.

There were no other patrons inside but myself and very few automobiles at the drive up window, yet they just left the place dirty. Next time I will definitely choose another...

Lilliana was extremely rude. Not only in the drive thru after not applying a QR code I provided but once I left and got miles down the road my 2 very small children were spitting in my car as she served them jalepeno poppers instead of chicken stars. I returned she served up an attitude again RIPPED the bag out of my hand refused a refund and stated no manger was on duty. The phone number listed on Google and the website is not active either. It appears this place is extremely poor managed. I have still yet to get two full kids meals as I paid for and I’ve reached out to the corporate office.
