Ordered via the online app to pick up in the drive thru. Must have taken 25-30 minutes in the drive thru to get to the window. Yes, there were about 6 cars ahead of us; however, each car was at the window an average of 5 minutes. Some were a little longer, some a little less. Got to the window and the guy said the order hadn't gone thru to them yet and wondered what I ordered. I told gim we were in line for a long time, and he said, "yeah, it takes a while sometimes". Then he disappeared and a gal came to the window to ask what we ordered, and a few minutes later came back and took a picture of my screen with the order. We were at window at least 10 minutes. Employees were never rude, and could tell they were short handed and tired. Order was correct when we finally got it, but will never go back because of the length of...

I know this to be fact because I haven't eaten anything else besides Carl's Jr and that was a few days ago. A few issues to announce. 1) i got stomach flu do due undercooked food. Food was just warm enough to keep my hands warm for a few seconds. 2)I have been to Carl's and when they had me my soda it looks dirty when they give it to me, from where it was handed to me. 3)You need to not cook in temperatures in the damaged zone. I used to be a cook/ kitchen worker. Your cooks overcook or undercook my food a lot. Fix the issue of undertraining people. 4) Learn to give people their order as recited, not by what you seemed to hear. Acknowledge our order by reading our order back to us.
