Honestly how could I give this or any other in n out less than five stars. Iāve only heard of one in n out in Utah that didnāt have very good food. Of course the food here is served hot and fresh. The service is fast and the employees are friendly. If thereās a long line here donāt turn away because it will most likely go 2 or 3 times faster than what you think. Itās right across the street from Home Depot, McDonaldās, and a gas station, and right off the 91 freeway on Madison Street. There is a secret menu to know about at this restaurant. You can ask for a Neapolitan shake to get strawberry chocolate and vanilla mixed in. You can ask for animal style fries or a burger to get your onions grilled. You can get a protein style burger to get your hamburger bun replaced by lettuce. Animal style fries comes with cheddar cheese and grilled onions and thousand Island dressing. They are amazing! Thereās way more to the list. Maybe look up that secret menu on Google. Edit and update: 7-31-2025 The drive-thru was packed and it took about 20 to 25 minutes to get my food. I'm surprised mainly because it usually doesn't take that long at In-N-Out. Could have been a difficult order they had to deal with. But I've never had to wait so long. And the french fries had a hollow weird kind of texture. The burger was great though. My son usually likes the french fries and he didn't eat them this time and actually said they were different. I thought he was imagining that. Then I tried the fries myself and noticed the same thing. I'll come back and try again. Maybe it was just an off night. Thank you In-N-Out for doing your best to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff is friendly, helpful, and patient. I've passed by this location countless times, and last night was the first time I went.
A few things to consider:
Go when it isn't super busy. I tried turning into the drive-thru and couldn't because I would have blocked traffic. I had to go up the street and make a u-turn. By the time I got back to the line, there was enough space for my car to fit without blocking the street.
Be ALERT if you pull into the line on the right (there are two lines). The staff members have to walk to and from the kitchen and storage buildings. One staff member darted in front of my car from the storage building to walk back to the kitchen as I was pulling up to the window. Had I not been looking straight ahead (instead of at the window), I probably would have bumped her with my car. She walked in front of my car a few times like she didn't value her kneecaps, so be careful.
Don't pull up too closely behind the car in front of you. I saw someone accidentally drive in reverse. Had the person behind that car been any closer, someone would have been pissed š
There's no dine-in space. There are a few tables outside. Other than that, you can park and eat in your car, or have them bag it, and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI always go to this In-N-Out. It used to be my favorite place. On May 26th, around 5 PM. I got 2 burgers & 2 fries from the drive-through. I gave the guy 2 gift cards. One was used, and the other one was new, but I wasn't sure how much I had in there. So I asked him to use the used one first and then the rest of the balance on the second card. He said he charged the first one, and he will charge the second card about $8 ish. Then he didn't give me the second card back and said that both cards are empty now. I thought something was wrong because there is no way both cards have the exact amount of what I ordered, so I asked him again if he needs my credit card. He said it's all clear, and I can just leave. But he didn't give me any receipts or the balance or the gift cards back. I saw him crumpling the receipt but I didn't know it was mine. Yeah it was my fault I didn't ask him at that time and I wasn't brave enough to accuse the staff. I tried to forget about it and move on but I can't shake off that bitter feeling that I got scammed by these guys...I'm really sad. I wonder if it's too late to go back and talk to manager if we can check the security camera together or...
