I rarely ever go to this Starbucks as every single time I do I typically have a worse experience than when visiting other locations. You would think I would learn after a few times but no. Today's escapade in chicanery occurred through the drive-thru. Despite there being only two cars ahead of me when I pulled into the drive-thru, once I got up to the speaker they asked me to give them "just a moment." That moment turned into about 5 minutes before they finally came back, with no apology for the wait by the way. I asked for my Trenta Pink Drink and a cheese danish. I was rung up and given a total and told to pull up to the window. The cheese Danish was fine but the pink drink was missing the strawberry inclusions. I only realized this after pulling out of the drive-thru, so I immediately looped back around and went inside. After a couple minutes someone asked what I needed and I asked if they were all out of strawberry inclusions. The response I got was we are, to which I replied while holding my drink up "it would have been nice if I had been told that before I ordered and paid for this." No apology, no reply of any kind at all was forthcoming. Additionally the lid they gave me was messed up and continues to pop off the drink and the drink wasn't even mixed that well (pictures included.) All in all this Starbucks continues to be one of the worst in the area, and I really need to remember to just go to the one off Arlington and Streeter. They typically do fairly well. Highly recommend avoiding this Starbucks...

I have been to many different Starbucks across the country and this one is hands down the WORST Starbucks I have EVER come across. Be prepared to receive the worst customer service. For starters, you come up to the counter and as usual the baristas are busy which is accepted being a high pace environment, HOWEVER, an acknowledgement isnāt even given. As a matter of fact, 8/10 times they totally blow you off until you ask for someone to take your order. 8/10 times they mess up my order!!! Not to mention, my orders are relatively simple (blonde americano with steam almond mind) or (matcha with hot water), or, they donāt have the stock. Iāve had coffee that takes nothing but water. Iāve asked for water without ice and I most certainly get ice in my water and then give some kind of distraught look when you asked them for what you originally ordered. It seems like they donāt pay attention to detail and donāt have a very welcoming attitude when it comes to servicing. The time wait is relatively long. Expect to wait at least 10-15 mins for your drink! As a customer, coffee is a highlight of my day so when they constantly mess up orders, have unwelcoming customer service and relatively long waits for service, it makes for an unpleasant...

I ordered a Carmel frap with EXTRA caramel as I always do, they gave me my drink with a different sauce on my drink. It was a weird dark liquidy sauce that I didn't ask for. So very nicely I asked the girl at the window if she can please rename it and also give me a side of Carmel drizzle in a small cup , she rolled her eyes and let the window shut . Didn't catch her name but she has black hair and big Glasses and is dark maybe Mexican. I then talk to another girl named Christina who also was rude and didn't want to re make my drink. So I ask for the actual manager and she tells me to drive up front and she'll have her come outside. So after waiting for 15 minutes and me having to call the store to remind them I'm outside a manager names Kristen comes out and completely was very unprofessional. She defended the behavior of the other girls, COMPLETELY. I just don't understand I was even crying because of how upset I was . I like to come to Starbucks and enjoy my mornings with my coffee. Now I will never go to this Starbucks which is my home Starbucks. This behavior is unacceptable and is horrible customer service! I really hope noone else...
