I came here 05/12/25 at 10:30pm or so. The AI ordering system in the drive through asked me if I wanted to make my bowl a meal, I said yes and ordered a large drink and the tempura shrimp. Then it tried to add a bottle of Pepsi because it never asked WHAT I wanted to drink. The girl had to come on and help fix the order but somehow I ended up charged for a regular drink and bowl NOT a combo. The difference would have been $1 for me to have gotten the combo with the shrimp. I pulled back through the drive through, having to wait through three cars, and asked them to charge the $1 difference and give me what I ordered. They offered to charge me for a cookie at $1.62 and give me the shrimp. I said I don’t want to pay an extra $0.62 because their system didn’t function and requested to only pay the $1 difference (regular drink is $2.49 and making it a meal is $3.49). She got the manager who proceeded to begin a refund and re-ring up to charge me again, and then when she realized I’d used $5 in loyalty credits she refused to continue and said she couldn’t do it???? What do the credits MATTER? I still paid the same total no matter where each part of my payment came from. In addition, she was never going to give ME the refunded money it was just for the purpose of the register so she could CHARGE ME an extra $1. You’d think she would have just offered to give me the damn shrimp for all the trouble, but no. Or figured out how to process the $1 difference without messing up inventory (I wasn’t BUYING any cookies) or charging me an extra $0.62 for their mess up. As a former restaurant GM I would have never let a customer walk away with with wasted time, cold food and WITHOUT what they ordered. This is why your restaurant has less than 4 stars. Worst experience of my life, I am disabled and have severe back pain, so I order curbside to make life a little easier for myself, I waited until 5:09 before I had to go in and see what was taking so long because this location has no idea how to answer their phone even tho they have very little business (from what I could see). My order was just sitting on the counter getting cold, I asked the first employee I saw, tall gentleman with a beard, and I asked him why my order wasn't brought out? That I had been waiting since before 4:59 which is when it was supposed to come out. All he could respond with was "I dunno dude I just got here". That was it, no sorry, nothing, obviously he hates his life and his job and has no semblance of customer service, when I get home half my order is missing, I guess my fault for not checking right? These people can't even handle something as simple as bringing a curbside order out so why would they have the capacity of being able to give an order out? I've been trying to call them but no answer, if google had the option to give no or negative stars I would much appreciate that because this place was at about a negative 3. The food was cold, customer service was terrible and they made me wait. I will never ever come back to this location and I advise you to avoid it...

When it came time to paying she gave me my total and took the card from my hand and didn’t give me a chance to ask for extra teriyaki sauce. She took 5 Minutes to come back and had my card that whole time so now I’m afraid she wrote the numbers down. Besides the point, when she came back with the food and the card I asked for teriyaki sauce. She rudely said it’s .65 cents extra. I grabbed the change and tried paying her but she rudely told me that she had to help a customer upfront first. What?!!!?? You can’t take the change and just give me the sauce ???
