Horrible customer service, gets ur order wrong rude to customers for no reason!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!
This place is soo horrible! There's a lady there in the front kinda short with blondish orange hair with drawn in eyebrows (nothing against how she looks just didn't get her name and want people to be aware of WHO I'M TALKING ABOUT)! I spent almost 10$ worth of food n bought fried zucchinis and i asked for ranch because if u see in the pictures how empty they are thats like for just one zucchini. And she got all mad n rude and told me thats all the ranch i need with sooo much attitude and rolling her eyes! Like are u kidding me? N i told her can u at least put alittle more in the cup cause its not fair. And said again thats all the ranch u need. She didn't wanna give me extra. She shuld have told me that theres no more ranch than for zucchinis before I bought zucchinis than🙄😒.She finally gave me just one more and look at the cup its exactly the same😂 but man she was sooo mad for giving me that droplet of ranch....But the fact that she was rude because I asked for more n gave me attitude for there stingyness is ridiculous. I could understand if it was a situation that I was wrong but come on look at these cups she can't be mad at anybody asking for more. But hey shes the face of ur guy's store and your having an employee like that. She shuld get fired horrible customer service. And to top it all off they didnt even make my burger right. I have a burger with only mayo sauce no ketchup! I only told her no mustard! Now I wish I asked for ketchup aswell but who knows she probably wulda threw them at me! Waste of money, and time. Read moreWhen I went to Carl's Jr., the price of the item I wished to order was $6.79 on the menu board. When they rang up the order, it came out to $7.79. This is before tax, and this is a single item only without the combo or anything added. I brought this to their attention and asked them to correct the cost so that it matches what is advertised on the menu board in the drive thru. They said that they couldn't. I said this is an illegal business practice to advertise one price and sell it for another. She said the price discrepancy is due to an increase in the menu item's price. I asked to speak to a manager. They said okay. I waited. They came back to the mic several minutes later asking me to pull up to the window, so I did. When I got there, the person spoke to me said she can't change the price. I told her that a manager on duty is able to change the price. She said she is the manager on duty and that she's a Shift Lead. I asked her to call the manager and figure it out because it's illegal to advertise a menu option at one price and then try to sell it for another. She said there's nothing she can do about it, though she could have called her manager or offered some something like a coupon or a discounted something. Zero effort, zero care, zero smile... So I left with zero food and gave them zero money.

Read moreOrdered at the drive thru, asked for a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich combo and a famous star combo with one of their new lemonades. Not only was the girl on the speaker rushing us, she got our order wrong. I asked for extra pickles on the famous star, and not only did I not get the extra pickles, they gave me a double western. When we got to the window the girl that took our payment had an attitude and didn't seem friendly at all. Only got one straw with our 2 drinks, and when they asked if we wanted any sauce, the manager walked away from us mid sentence, almost made us feel like being a burden for saying yes we wanted sauces. Got home and tried our food and the lemonade and it's straight up sugar water. Does not taste like lemon at all. I was severely disappointed today and I will not be back. I've worked in the service industry for a long time and I get it, everyone has an off day, but it's not difficult to read a screen and make the food accordingly, and it isn't hard to be nice to people. When you work in the food service industry, you are the face of the company, and the people they have working here are not representing the company...
