2 times I went there 1 hour and 1 1/2 hours after the posted opening and they were still closed and once I looked inside only to see 2 female employee's sitting at a table chatting away. The next 2 times I went there one month apart and I stood in line for several minutes only to find out there blender is broken. So in a lil over one month time they have been unable to replace the blender? Today (the 2nd time) I was told that the blender goes in and out.

They seriously need to replace the blender and post a sign that the blender is broken until it is replaced. 4 times this summer I have walked away empty handed and it will never happen again because I will not be returning. There is a Baskin Robbins, Golden Spoon, and 2 Starbucks in the area with much...

I have been going to this coldstone for the past 2 years and I have never had such horrible service in my life. I had a young Hispanic girl make my ice cream. She put the wrong toppings on and when I asked she lied about it because she didn't want to make a new one. Then she over charges me. I asked the other blonde how much my ice cream is usually and she tells me I was overcharged. The Hispanic girl then comes back and says "I only overcharged her 20 cents" then walks away. No sorry, no it won't happen again. The other blonde doesn't even bother giving me my money back. After I leave it taste my ice cream and it doesn't have any of the toppings I asked for at all. This is now my 3rd experience of the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with! Emily is the rudest worker not only at this location but EVER! Its to the point that I can't even call and get the managers number to contact him/her and have her FIRED because no one even answers the phone! At this point, if I see her working there still, I will just take my family to another location no matter how far it is, just to not experience such sarcastic human interaction from yet another teenager at this location!
