Crowleys Tavern Pizza and Brew — Restaurant in Riverside

So, I went to this place yesterday (on a date) and ordered 2 Old Fashioned's. The woman behind the bar made the first 2 drinks really well. I ordered another 2 drinks shortly after. But when I took a sip, she put some kind of club soda in the drink. I told her that this is not what we ordered. She had the nerve to tell me that club soda goes in an Old Fashioned. She also put about 3 pieces of orange in my drink. Anyone who knows what an old fashioned is supposed to look like knows that it's supposed to have a peel of an orange as a garnish. She straight up lied to my face about the drink she made. My bill was around $72, so I tipped her $5 only. She called me out on that tip in front of everyone, causing a scene and trying to embarrass me in front of my date. That didn't work. My date was just as upset as I was. That's what she gets for lying to a customer and making something that I didn't order. She told the other bartender not to service me. I didn't care because I'll never step foot in that...

First time visiting. Great bar, great vibe. As a former bartender, I can definitely say the customer service is very much lacking. For a place that was l busy on a Saturday night, the bartenders spent a lot of time socializing with each other instead of serving customers. I waited at the bar for quite some time before being served, there was not many people waiting. The bartender took my order for drinks then went to kitchen for 10 minutes before coming back out, talking to her for-worker then serving my drinks. In that time, the bartenders could have easily served 2-3 more customers! We did order food, it was pretty good despite being the wrong order. Overall, great vibe, but sadly losing out on customer service with bartenders who are not very efficient. I would definitely visit again, but take in mind that service isn’t great, slow and likely to be incorrect. If I could I would give this place no stars the customer service was horrible after work I went with a few coworkers to enjoy taco Tuesday when approached by the bartender she started off with an attitude asking for everybody’s IDs before taking an order which is understood but in a more polite way after everybody gave her ID she then said that she will not take anybody’s order until she has the order and a card to pay for assuming everybody had a debit card Which most of us were paying cash when we got up to leave because of the route encounter we asked to speak to the manager she said that there is not one available then my mysterious one of the local customers drinking a beer in the corner said that he was the owner when asked what his name was he then argued with one of us and said he does not talk to big ugly b’s I don’t understand how a place like this can stay open with the customer service that they have would recommend...
