this Fresh, open and beautiful little Park is reminiscent of what an old Victorian Walking park might have looked like. It is nicely laid out with several gently curving, concrete pads. These pads wind in and out and allow you to get a nice power walk for exercise or push a stroller just to relax. His very peaceful and I would recommend it for anyone who needs a place to meditate. The parking meters at the front stop charging at 5 p.m. during the week so you can use it for an after work relaxation. There's a Magnolia and an oak tree which must be a hundred years old or more, truly Splendid for anyone who's into Horticulture and has a appreciation of plants. They've added a adorable little Japanese gate and Garden area. It's very well done and very much worth the drive just to see the Japanese garden.

Visited White Park in Riverside for a Pride festival, and it was a fantastic experience! The park is surprisingly spacious, with lots of shade from mature trees, a welcoming picnic area, and it’s dog-friendly too. The festival layout was well-organized with plenty of room for vendors, music, and movement—it never felt crowded. The energy was amazing, with great music and a positive, inclusive vibe all around. When there’s no event going on, the park itself is a quiet, peaceful spot—perfect for a relaxing stroll or picnic. Highly recommend whether you’re attending a festival or just looking for a calm place to unwind.

The fountain wasn’t on when I was here, which was disappointing because I would have loved to hear it. Some other reviewer posted a video and it sounded so peaceful 😌 It’s still a beautiful, treefull park with a Japanese Garden. There’s a paid parking lot across from the park but the gates are locked to get in so you have to walk around. I wondered why the gates were locked since this park is in the middle of a neighborhood and downtown. I stopped her before my flight back to Chicago and it was a nice, reflective afternoon 💚

This park is nice. It's fenced in and is closed up nightly and they open it up almost daily and it could be any time of the day that they do open it up, or they may not open it up at all someday for reasons unknown to me. There is a large gazebo in the center and a huge fountain at the entrance of the park. There is no playground, so it's not very kid friendly. There are a few homeless (apparently) here and there but they appear to be harmless. At least I've never had any issues with them. There is plenty of shade but only a few benches so you may want to bring your folding chairs and/or a blanket and enjoy the plush grass. Oh and I do not think they have a bathroom. The backside of the Dale Senior Center is in the park and there are doors that I thought opened up to a bathroom but they are always locked. Also, there is a Cactus garden off to the south side of the park, that is not fenced off. So most definitely have to be careful with small...

This place is was really bad. I walk in and i look for salsa tasting because that is what was advertised. As i walk up to the one booth for salsa, i get a little cup of the worse salsa i have ever tasted. I ask them where there competition was to try out the other salsa but they said, "there is no other salsa." i paid 15 bucks for 87 cents worth of salsa and music i couldn't understand. If the common language is English, why did they play Spanish music the whole time? i think i knew 2 songs. NOT everyone knows Spanish and it would make it a more enjoyable time if the music was balanced. i will not recommend this place to anyone. i encourage...
