I shopped there and been a customer there for years. One time I got food posioing. Another time I shopped there left my car there to go say hey to someone who lives near there came back and got my car towed. Why? Because it was festival of lights. They say they always tow cars there 7 days a week. That's a lie. Than say they don't get a cut from it when they call into tow. So than why would they tow ppls car. Than they say they don't want customers to complain that there's no spots when there were spots everywhere. They could've waited till they actually complain than be like ok no problem sir/mam than call the tow company right than and there. So me my pregnant gf and her 12 year old boy were out in the frezing cold for hours with groceries from there store that went bad thanks Maxi foods for putting your customers first. Never eat there cus I had food posioing and got my family and my dogs sick and never shop there. Your not appreciated as a customer period. Ive been going there for years and invested thousands in thier business. It's all smiles and cashier greeting u til u go grab a bite at that Chineese food joint than u come back and yo damn car is gone with pershiables in it. It also cost me $400 a night to get it out. So there goes my Christmas money, no food because what we bought from them went bad, no money for gas and I will be a filing a lawsuit and my lawyer says it looks like we have a case. I live real close to this Maxi's I come here alot and their prices are ok some items are higher then other places or visa versa, workers are mostly Spanish speaking but I haven't ran into one that don't speak English, here you walk in to the right there's sweet bread all different types a few cakes then you got all the fruit and vegetables, also the fresh mwalleat is along the v they got different types ready cooked meat I won't walk you around the store but the other side is my favorite side that's where all the beer is at Also frozen food along that wall ice cream very friendly works willing to help you if you need it sometimes lines can get a little long some people are still trying to figure out what 15 items only means but there quick to open a register there's security there most of the time but for shoplifters plenty of parking handicap parking is in front of the store there's also a change machine there cash in all your coins there's computer repair screen replacement and a little jewelry seller by...

Recent update: Stopped in yesterday, 10/26/2018, to buy my lunch at the "Cocina" and experienced very rude and unprofessional behavior from the security guard here. The guy stood right in the middle of the entrance like a mindless moron. It was difficult, to say the least, to shimmy around him. This seemed to be the norm with this uniformed buffoon. He remained standing in the doorway. But the seemingly regular customers just apparently ignored his foolish conduct. Perhaps this large rat is afraid of all the smaller real rats there. And he displayed a most unfriendly attitude too. That dude was ill-mannered, ill-behaved, discourteous, and just outright impolite. If this is the way Maxi and it's management operates, then no thanks. I'm done here. I will not be baited and bullied by some snot nosed punk who seems to think customers should fear him.
