I will never recommend this place again. My family ordered pizza from this establishment, and we were treated disrespectfully and negatively. It started when I called the manager to let him know the pizza was running later than described and the manager armon was unapologetic and said that the time frame online was not his problem and unrealistic. I said I wanted a discount for the tardiness and was told they don't offer any sort of compensation for that. I said that fine just please find out where his driver was. I also asked what his managers name was and he said "seriously", I said yes I wanted the name and he didn't want to provide it. I finally got the name of holly. I got a call about 30 second later from the driver. I said hello I'm just curious what the name of your mangers boss is because he didn't want to provide the info and when he did I wasn't sure it was truthful. The driver was rude said it wasn't his problem and that he's tired of us ordering prank orders and that he's been working all day. I said I've been waiting all this time outside for you, he just had to come in through our side gate. I called the manager of the store back and said his driver was being disrespectful and that he had made my family so upset that my grandma started to cry. The manager then went on to say I was getting very upset over a pizza and that he didn't need our kind of business. He then hung up on us after he told us his driver would not be bringing us our pizza because he was leaving. The driver said not to worry about it because he wouldn't get disciplined, he also looked like he was under the influence. I will never have dominos ever again. I will stick to my pizza hut they provide excellent service with a smile....
   Read moreThe driver got lost and had a restricted phone number. My cell automatically blocks restricted numbers. I had no problem with that at all and Ramces (the driver) was amazingly kind. My problem is with whomever answered the phone. She was super rude after having me on hold for approximately 10 minutes then when I was trying to help with guiding him there she gave attitude saying she was too busy to do this. I work retail, I close alone most nights, I never would treat a customer like that. She needs to learn to breathe. She was acting like my order was an annoyance and that me trying to aid was the worst thing ever. Please retrain her on some common courtesy. Ruined what was supposed to be a good night in with her attitude. Most of the time if I have to call like when it has taken them 1+ hours to bring my pizza, I get tons of attitude on the phone. I love dominos and I love their alfredo but, this attitude is a constant enough issue that it is makojg it really difficult to want to keep going through this...
   Read moreI just wanted to take a moment to rave about our experience with Domino's, especially with our delivery driver, Chris. We've ordered pizzas twice now, and both times he has gone above and beyond!
We live a bit far from the store, but Chris always arrives with a smile and a great attitude. He brings our pizzas with such care, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. It's refreshing to see someone so appreciative when we tip himâhe truly makes us feel valued as customers.
Not to mention, the pizzas are always amazing when he delivers! Itâs clear that he takes pride in his work. If you're lucky enough to have Chris as your delivery driver, youâre in for a treat. Thank you, Chris, for making our pizza nights even...
