Dunkin' — Restaurant in Riverside

I love dunkin Donuts but the customer service at this location is horrible first and last time here, the shift leader was having a chat with a Customer at the drive thru window yapping about how they both have school in common and them being educated and joining the military. This is how much I know from hearing them yap while I waited over 8 minutes inside in front of a register just being ignored. During this time two cars backed up the drive thru lane and left god knows how long they waited. The shift leader only made a joke about how they backed up the drive thru lane smh great job shift leader keep on talking about your personal life with your friends at the drive thru window while everyone just waits or drives away!!! This was on a Friday morning 5:28am thank you shift leader Caucasian female color of hair light brown about 5’ 7”...

I’ve never been to a Dunkin and had a pleasant experience. I walk in and no greeting, no acknowledgment. Idk what it is but Dunkin employees seem to be the most unenthusiastic, dead behind the eyes people I’ve ever seen working behind any counter. Hot coffee is always good but it seems like it’s impossible for employees to get an order out. I’m always waiting like a dummy trying to be patient and understanding as I too work in customer service, and every time I have to interrupt their personal conversation to make sure I get everything I paid for. This location has so much potential to be a good. Food is always consistently good but management needs to be more involved in customer service training...

I’m not usually one to leave a review at places, but this specific Dunkin is so horrible that I felt the need to. I attempt to go to this Dunkin very often and I have not been there one time where they’ve had everything. They are always out of plain bagels, I’ve been told they can’t grill hot food for some reason. They’ve been out of eggs. And today they told me they couldn’t make my food because they were out of bags. I understand being out of some items sometimes but you’d think eggs, bags, and bagels would be a must have to a breakfast place. They are worse than McDonald’s always having a broken ice cream machine. Dont waste your time...
