Not attentive to phone orders. I had called when my husband got off work for pick up. We get there and I'm already waiting in line behind 2 other customers. When I paid i expected that my order was ready or at least close to being ready so I filled my drinks waiting for my order to be handed to me. So after paying and filling my drinks i have been inside for about 10 minutes already. Now I'm standing in front of the Drive Thru orders register waiting....and waiting....and waiting. This whole time this long line of customers come in and I seem to be forgotten in the mix. So after already waiting about 10 I waited about another 10 when one of the girls comes up and asks if I needed help. I said yes, I was a phone order and I was there for pick up. She asked if I had paid and I looked at her like really? I have my 2 drinks in front of me. Yes, I paid. So she goes back and brings out this pancake platter. Nope not mine. I told her i had ordered a charbroiled chicken salad, Bellringer burger and Big Cheeseburger. She asks if I ordered the avocado salad. I told her no again. I told her that I had been waiting for a while when she came back with my order. She said that it basically wasnt her fault that nobody told her it was ready. I was like wow. I said that my food had been sitting there under those heat lamps at least 10 minutes. I grabbed my food and left. When we got home the fries were like cardboard, the onion rings we're soggy and blah, and the burgers were room temperature. Our daughter was hungry so she just stomached her burger. Mine was so dry, the patty was bland, and I couldnt even finish it. The salad was very generic; the chicken was barely noticeable, dry and bland, the iceberg lettuce was something I could have gotten from the 99 cent store, and my husband ate less than half of it. I had called the store and asked if there was a super to talk to. There wasnt one, but that one would be in the following day, 5:30 am to 2pm. The girl tried to distract me with a small diacount or a combo, but we spent $30 and we just couldnt afford to waste that kind of money on mediocre food and service. So I will be talking with Lily in the morning. If she decides to use good customer service and make things right by giving me a partial or full refund then I will change me review to reflect.

Read moreToday is went at 11 am and place order for hot cake over hard eggs and sausage. My husband order the same. We patiently waited as we watched food come out to customer that order behind us. At 1128 I ask the worker a male running the register to check on our order. With no return of the male worker 10 mins later thr waiter come with my plate but not my husband. I watch the worker as she gave a man that had just order the same hot cakes plate with the same fried eggs and sausage get his plate. Another 5 mins Cassandra I went back to the cashier to ask for the manager. She came from the back and I ask for a refund advising that our receipt shows order was placed at 11 am. My plate was given to me at 1130 and my husband at 1140. Reminder we got the same thing in the same order. When express my frustration to the manager instead of just apologizing and advising that she will make it right instead she argued back with me and told me that the problem why my food was so late was because we got fried eggs. When I told her and shoe her a customer that got the same order as us that came 15 mins after us receive his food and we still dont have ours is a problems. So manager told me to pick on either get you money back give us back the plates or keep the plates. told her I am going to eat my plater and your going to refund me for the inconvenience. The manager continue to argue about how our food was later over some eggs. I explain to her then how did i get one out of two of the items that are on. The same order. The female manager needs...
Read moreI was extremely embarrassed this morning. I ordered my food, pull up to the window and realized I forgot my wallet. I didn't know if I should just drive off or if I should apologize for ordering and then drive off. I order breakfast here at least three times a week so I didn't want to just drive off. PETER pulls up to the window greets me and says 10.86 please. Super embarrassed I told him I forgot my wallet and I would like to cancel my order. He looked at me and said "but you are hungry" I told him I am but I am so sorry I forgot my wallet. He insisted that I should eat and insisted that he would pay for it. I asked if he had ZELLE he said no. He said don't worry about it I cant let you go hungry. I couldn't believe it all I kept thinking was what just happened. I am extremely humbled and grateful for People like PETER Thank you for showing me compassion and thank you for feeding me when I was hungry. My order number was 155 at 9:54 am on 02/06/2021 I will be back to pay my bill. Farmer Boys on Madison you left a great impression on me.
