I was here last sunday july 28 around 430pm with my family and i am very disapointed. We sat outside at the big table where there is an opening to see out to street i sat with my 3 kids and my neice and nephew my other half of my family sat at a table on the side of us since tbey would of been in the sun and these days have been really hot they wanted the shade. Anyways there was a homeless woman on the frontside of the restaraunt yelling things and talking to herself when she made it to where were we were facing she stood there in front of us still yelling things at us i was uncomfortable and so were the kids they are only ages 1 to 7 so there young they dont understand. She started cussing at us and when i asked a waitress for the manager she said hold on let me see and she left when she came back she said to ignore the homeless woman. So i continued to eat but there was no way of ignoring her they did send a man out to try to tell her to leave but she would walk away and come back and start yelling things at me and the kids my son was scared, another waitress came and i asked her where is the manager she said he wasnt in that day i told her that we're uncomfortable and we cant enjoy our food they sent the same man out and this homeless woman started acting like she was shooting a bow and arrow at me she said "oh you have 4" as in four kids she also threw her empty bottles our way inside the restaraunt gate it didnt reach us but still that was enough and thats when i decided i wanted to leave i had enough so we left. Also the place was packed so there wasnt anywhere for us to move to another table. I wouldnt go here again i feel like more could have been done other customers seen and even asked if we wanted to be...
Read moreThe first night we went, we thought it was really good, and a different flavor. We ordered asada Garbage Burritos-one with, and one without pico de Gallo, and horchata-to go. We weren't offered chips, and there was no distinction between the two burritos. This is important due to food allergies. Yet still, we were willing to go back. On our last visit, when we ordered we specifically asked for a written distinction between the two burritos-one grilled chicken, and one asada Garbage Burritos. We were given a bag for chips, and prepared to wait. With four people behind the sneeze guard, our food was quickly prepared. The person who started the order had gloves, but the rest of the people in the prep line did not. My husband watched as his burrito was prepared, massaged and folded bare-handed, and how the fish tacos were made bare-handed. Again, there was no distinction between the burritos, and when we asked for one, the matter was handled without gloves. We also watched someone walk an uncovered container of beverage over to the agua frescas, to refill. She held the container in a bear hug, so the opening was near her face, as she chewed and smacked her gum, open-mouthed over the refill beverage. This experience left us with mixed feelings about this restaurant. Mind you, we do not usually see our food being handled bare-handed, but seeing it sullied the experience. Obviously they feel gloves are necessary, because the first person had them. Why didn't the others? The folks at Chipotle wear gloves, all the way down the assembly-line, until the register. At any rate we won't be visiting this...
