I'm giving today's experience 1 star because of the customer service from an employee named Fatima. Or so we were told that's her name. We came here 1/23/21 at 3:01pm. She got my order wrong which it's not really a big deal because we all make mistakes. We're not perfect. And usually that always happens because we're considered "picky" because we ask for no sauce. But what really upset me is that she snapped at me, gave me attitude and practically raised her voice on me. All she had to do was fix the problem and go about her day but either she was having a bad day or that's how she conducts herself. Still! Unacceptable if you ask me. My wife, feisty one that she is, put her on check to where someone else had to intervene. I'm guessing it was the manager. To sum it up, the lady who came in fixed the problem within seconds and we didn't have to pay extra unlike the other chick who wanted me to spend extra and order the meal again. Another thing that bothered me is that in the receipt the name provided was Luis. And she looks like no Luis, that's why I had to ask for the rude employee's name so I can write a review and be as specific as I can. I'm tired of rude people with paying jobs thinking it's cool to be disrespectful. If the job isn't right for you make way for someone who will appreciate it and find yourself something that works for you. Or check yourself and get it together....

Then website says there is breakfast 24 hours and she told me there no longer serving breakfast. We were helped by Jasmine this girl had no customer service skills what so ever got our order wrong so we go back telling her the issue that our order was wrong she literally was talking back with an attitude and being extra rude. Then her supervisor or manager intervened and made situation worst. I couldn’t believe my eyes when we told him one of the burgers were missing bacon he opened burger in front of us and started picking in the burger and saying look it does have bacon. He was either high of something or drunk when we asked back for the burger that was missing bacon. He said it’s already in the trash if you want it back it’s coming from the trash can. Very disrespectful and flabbergasted!! He stood there arguing and fighting for a paid hamburger. I would not recommend this place is a mess. They were also playing Spanish music in the background like it was...

I ordered ONE item at Drive-Thru and repeated the same ONE Waffle Sandwich 6 times; I did not order a Combo. The Hispanic woman (JAE24) had problem understanding English and changed my order to a Combo. When I drove up to the window to pay, the Hispanic manager asked again if I wanted 10 sandwiches? I asked what did her computer screen show? She refused to answer and said, "I just want to clarify." I asked her how many times did she need to clarify, 8 more times? She was argumentative, confrontational, disrespectful, and did not value my time. To order ONE Sandwich is not complicated, even an English-speaking 10 years old could understand. Why would they want English speaking jobs where they are incompetent in English! In addition, the workers refused to give any sauce and refused to ask, if customer does not ask for sauce! What an inferior customer service! I agreed with the previous reviews and strongly NOT recommend this...
