Juan Pollo — Restaurant in Riverside

That was one of the nastiest chicken I've ever had in my whole life. Which is something I wouldn't expect from juan pollo since I've had it in the past. It was surely not the juan pollo I've had before. It seems like the chicken was recooked from the previous day it was extremely dry and burnt to the bone on the edges so much i had a hard time telling the bones from the chicken since it was so dry. Plus I notice like partS of the whole chicken were missing that was not 2 whole chickens and once again I know that is not juan pollo because I've had it in the past. That was obviously 1badly recooked n burnt chicken split into 2 plates to make it seem like it was 2 whole chickens. Worst experience ever. The customers service there also reflected the quality of its Rotisserie chicken. If it helps anyone please check your chicken before you leave the restaurant to avoid getting S*#% for what ur paying for. I never do reviews but this time I had to take my time to! ⚠️ you guys about this specific location n franchise. I Wish I would of read the reviews for this specific location before going here. Don't go here to the Riverside Magnolia location go to any other Juan pollo with better reviews because yes it is supposed to be good. My daughter and I were on our way to home on Father's day. We decided to pick up a large order of potato salad to have with dinner. We shared a taco combo and chose a small potato salad to share. We decided to save it for dinner since we were full from our snack. This was our first time at this location. We noticed in the fridge in the front there were premade containers of potato salad, salsa and sides. I must say that we were so disappointed in how gross it tasted. It tasted like it had been made weeks prior and it had a refrigerator taste to it. The salsa was so soggy and and no flavor. We have never been disappointed with the location in Moreno Valley (Perris Blvd). It was such a big waste of $20 (taco combo,& Lrg potato salad). We will never visit this...

Went for a late dinner at 8:40. We are regulars at this Juan Pollo. The lady who was working said we close at 9:00, but asked if it was for here or to go. At 8:59, the lady said, I don't mean to be rude but it's one minute until 9:00, so we had to leave. We packed up the rest of our dinner and left as they continued to clean up the restaurant.
