If I could give a No star I would. This was the worst experience weve ever had. And, weve come here for years nearly 1 or more times a month. Weve sadly seen a steady decline, at this store. From our coming in store, with no other patrons inside waiting in line. Yet, having to wait a very long time, even tho seen, but Not acknowledged, even by 3 employees. And, to only then wait longer to be assisted by someone finally to come to the counter, is uncalled for in a customer related food business..to much later when we were eating, a very disgruntled customer coming in from the Drive Thru, very upset, who had been waiting and waiting, telling an employee he had been a very long time, to that employee disregarding him and mouthing back.. To us , which when finally an employee did come to the counter, to take our order was very rude to us. The floors in the prep area and store front, counters , soda machine counter area etc. Were filthy! Not stocked or organized. Soda was all over the place. I almost didnt want to fill my drink. The machine didnt look like it had been properly cleaned in some time. Only A few tables were clean. Nothing had been stocked properly. Was just hap hazardly placed on main counter. The other employees seemed to pick on the older lady employee their, that took orders/ cashier , so much so she became upset, walked out briefly of building at one point, to which sounded like she wanted to quit in brief conversation with another employee. It was obvious she had been crying as well. I akin this to bullying her. Two other employees I saw were eating in the work area, and i noticed the same male employee , young and smaller who had been eating, used no gloves later in handling food for orders, nor washing his hands prior. He and a female employee seemed more involved in light conversational together rather than working. Another male taller black employee, who was working up front area, was trying so hard to take on tasks at counter, giving orders to customers who later came in, however again witnessing other employees more fooling around than unattending counter . Until he stepped in. He was only one who seemed to care and tried his best to run around helping take front counter orders, drive thru, etc.who was polite, and smiled. He really was a great asset to this store that night, and should be advanced if not already. It is obvious these other employees on most part dont care about the part they play in representing the KFC brand, nor this stores owner. This is very very sad. KFC has a good product. We've seen too many stores recently who have had employees who seem to be very lax in taking pride in their company ,by maintaing cleanliness and being courteous. Customers are life blood to businesses. Hopefully this knowledge and input of this visit will aid in new found improvements, and commitments to successful behaviors...
Read moreJust go to Popeyes.. they don't know the difference between original and extra crispy.. have been there a few times for some extra crispy but it seems they do not have it on the menu anymore.. after I got home and found that I received original instead of my order of extra crispy I called the store and was told to call the manager back in 20 minutes..I asked for the managers name and they hung up..I called back 20 minutes later to discuss some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and the Manager Isabella if that was her real name..offered for me to bring the chicken back and she'll make me some extra crispy, kfc is not close to my house it would have been a real inconvenience and waste of time to go back and it was already late.the kids gotta eat.i explained to her I am not going to drive back. I used to Manage a KFC many years ago and we offered coupons and sent them out when things like this happened.its a very big inconvenience to have someone drive back with chicken.i'm sure they still also get secret shoppers too that complain like this and they are recorded but I was not one of them.. she began to agree with me when I asked for her Area managers name and she would not give it to me. I asked which franchise company this is and she said she did not know.. horrible service..I also did not get a receipt probably so I can't take the survey on the back..but I got a 12 piece family meal with corn because they didn't have Mac & cheese mash and coleslaw and an extra side of grave on 2.25.22 around 6:15pm. I do not see KFC being open in the next 10 years.. it's best to get your chicken from Jollibee, Popeyes or the grocery store.. rant over.. Popeyes is awesome!...
Read moreWell I was there on Wednesday the 4th of March at app 650pm..the wait was long..because plenty of customers ordered and waiting for food. Manager did nothing to help attend to customers even when there was no one in the drive thru. Not paying attention to all the customers inside waiting..not kool..they seemed to be short handed.the only bright spot was a super hard worker name chris..this kid was holding the place together it was quit clear when he is working customer care is a priority..the manager should learn from him as he struggled with the amount of customers he help but all left satisfied even after he worked 2 hrs past his shift.i over heard him say this .while he was working hard the manager yells in front of the customers he needs to get off the register and count his drawer..but he had no relief while customers are still in line to order..I would fire this manager for sure..no interest in keeping this place a positive experience from her was quite shocked..as for chris his talent is waisted here for sure..one thing I learned in customer service is the quiet complainer is the most important customer..because the never come back..good job chris you need a promotion out of that place or just a...
