I had placed an order online for pick up at 4:41pm. I was told the order would be ready from 5:03 to 5:08pm upon arriving I noticed there was a line stretching outside the store, which this location is notorious for, which is the reason why I had switched to ordering online exclusively. When I entered the establishment my name was not displayed through their pick up portal. There were other individuals there having issues with the portal as well. The line was super long and I could tell the staff was overwhelmed so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I left and went to the store real quick since it was close by, hopefully giving them enough time to catch up in their orders. When I returned an hour later, because there was also a line at the other store, my name was still not displayed on the pick up portal. I asked the girl at the counter why my order was not in there and she asked for my name. She had my order placed with the phone orders. So it was misplaced. I mentioned to her that I had over an hour waiting and kindly asked how the mix up occured, she began to tell me how all the other Little Caesars wer closed so all online orders were being rerouted to their location and that they didn't have enough time to organize the orders. Seemed a little neglectful to be honest to not have a system in place in times where it is in high demand. Not to mention I checked if other locations near by were in fact closed as she suggested and they weren't. I'm hoping it was a one time incident but they really need a better system in place to handle such high traffic periods. Read moreI come to this location very regularly as I live close and it's quick and convenient. My most recent visit, I placed a phone order and when I got home I found that my order was wrong. I came back and explained the situation to Jonathan, a member of the management team at this location and he went above and beyond to compensate me for the mistake. He is a very professional and friendly person and little Caesars is lucky to have him on their staff.
Update: 10/19/2019 I ordered a pizza and crazy bread on the app, "save time, skip the line and use our pizza portal pickup" it says. So I placed an order on the app at 12:25 and it said estimated time to be ready between 12:39-12:44. I went inside at 12:43, and wasn't even helped until 12:45. Then I was told that they just received the notification, that it would be another 10-12 minutes before my order would be ready. What is the point of using the app, if you can't plan on picking up your food when it's supposed to be ready? This little Caesars location is the worst one I've ever been to. They don't care about how customers feel about it. They act like they're Walmart, they can do things however they want, because people are still going to come here because they don't have an alternative within a reasonable distance. Read moreI've lived in the la Sierra area for over 7 years , so this my local LC , never have I been treated the way I did today. My boyfriend puts in an order for the usual 2 hot n ready and a crazy combo and a cookie dough brownie , the cashier EMILY B says it will take 15 , ok , 20 min pass my boyfriend goes to check and it still isn't ready, he came back to the car so now I get off , keep in mind I did not get off and order with him so I should be a new face, EMILY B completely ignores me and starts talking to the 2 boys making pizza , a few moments later I say excuse me and she turns around like I'm interrupting her and her conversation and ignores me again , like is this how they trained her how to greet customers , she then explains my order is taking long because they are short staff and something about first shift , which is fine , but don't tell me it's gonna take 15 min when it took over 30 , I asked to speak to a manager and she was hesitant and calls over one of the boys she was talking to I'm sure he wasn't the manager but he was alot nicer than Emily but neither one could explain why my simple order took 30 min while others where walking in and out other than we are short staff and fist shift forgot something...I thought it was because of the brownie ....
