Panda Express — Restaurant in Riverside

Order drive thru, a plate double Kung pao chicken and rice, all rice. I go forward to the window, I pay. They hand me my food and leave. Turns out it's white rice not fried rice. My son won't eat it, drive back. When I get to the window the same girl who took my order Jayda says she'll give me a side of fried rice. I know my son so I said no can you please give me a plate witg kung pay. And I was trying to give the plate with white rice back. She said "no I can't take it back, I'll see what u can do, ' her face was giving attitude the way she was looking at me. When I tried to ask her something she turned around and left me talking to myself. So when she did come back with my correct order I said "you know you were pretty rude" she immediately started giving me an angry face and talking back loud saying" you where the one who gave me tge order wrong there are two types of rice ypu didn't specify ' point two fingers infront . I asked to speak to a manager and said ko one was there. Manuel came to the window said there were no managers. No wonder they act act like that if they aren't being supervised. ...

This new location is awful, the string beans in the string bean chicken were raw, the serving size was small even by panda express standards, I feel like they counted the amount of chicken that went in, I got 3 pieces of chicken in my string bean chicken and that was a lot considering how little the service size was, also got the teriyaki chicken, five pieces, I counted five pieces of teriyaki. I have never seen a panda express be so frugal with their food. First and last visit to this location, I don't care if others are far. Whoever is managing / running this location is doing an awful awful job. The employees are whatever, I don't care much about the actual service cause most of these people get paid dirt so I don't expect much from them but whoever teaches them to serve so little is doing a...

9-5-2024 Went to this restaurant, panda express on Van Buren Ave, near Arlington Avenue Wow, what a mistake I don’t know how they can even call this crap food I ordered orange chicken, which had no chicken in it. It was just batter and sugar covering chicken skin and it had obviously been sitting around for a while because it was barely room temperature and the taste was like rancid oil with sugar and breading on it horrible. I also ordered beef and broccoli no beef hardly at all, and the broccoli was extremely overcook, and the flavor again was bad. The rice and the noodles both had a terrible flavor. I just can’t even explain how horrible this food was. I ended up throwing it away just horrible I’ll never go back to a panda express again in my life....
