Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Riverside

Great location, clean store, and more menu selections than other locations because of their amazing "Skoop" dairy-free "ice cream," smooth, creamy decadence which comes in three awesome flavors: Chocolate, Strawberry, and Vanilla, with an assortment of healthy, and delicious toppings to enjoy. Unfortunately, not all locations have Skoop on their menu.

The reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because of the staff. Although they're nice, they lack the ability to run the store with excellent customer service especially during their busier times. It's chaotic, drinks that get ordered on-line aren't ready when they should be. I come here a lot, and have noticed this on numerous occasions. What gets really annoying is that sometimes, whether busy or not, several of the girls will be clearly gossiping (loudly enough to know it isn't business related) in that corner little back room just chatting, giggling away, comparing whatever it is on their phones, while one or two of the team members will be working their butts off, with both on-line and in-store orders backing up, and/or getting mixed up. If they get asked to be put on a station, some even get a bit visibly snide/snarky, balking at the fact that they actually have to be put to work. I live like 3 minutes away from this nekter at cayon crest, and I always buy large pop acai drink or health nut drink large size at least 5 times a week on my way home from work. There's this amazing staff there , she is always very helpful and patient , extremely professional. Initially I was having a hard time getting my drink made right the way I want it to taste and also the right texture at every nekter place i have been to. But this lady was able to get right right away and she's the main reason why me and some of my colleagues still go there to get a drink. Please stay away from this location and the Nekter brand. I was double charged for my order on 4/16 and still have not received my refund. The employees at this location have no customer service training, they were all really rude. This location double charged for an order and they are treating me as if I made a mistake. I was told to contact the Corporate office for my refund, which I did. I have been emailing back and forth with Ryan Davis and then he just stopped replying to my emails. I used to go to this location often as it is next to my gym; needless to say I will not be coming back. This customer service provided by the franchise and brand is just...
