I'd been wanting to try this pizza spot for a while, and was glad I did.

For starters, the pizza was delicious. The atmosphere left a lot to be desired, especially on the warm afternoon we went, where there was no indoor seating for 4 people (they had one table for handicap guests, and 1 with 2 seats for a small party), and primarily outdoor seating. Maybe their primary clientele is to-go orders? Either way, it would've been nice to have a few more seats inside with air conditioning.

After a hiccup on the order (I had asked for half a pizza one way, half a pizza another, and instead the cashier put both halves one one-side together), which was QUICKLY and efficiently resolved without trouble, our experience with service was decent. I felt for the young cashier, but felt, at a pizza spot specifically, it's always better to 'ask' what a customer means if there's a question... don't assume "half pepperoni and half olive" mean one side with plain cheese and one side with pepperoni and olives.

With that aside, the whole pie we ordered did take some time, but the slices were hot and crispy and genuinely tasty. Their crust is absolutely delicious, and not the kind you need to set aside or avoid.

While I won't be visiting regularly, due to the distance from my area, this was a nice treat and I'd encourage anyone in the area to grab a slice or two. They're a bit pricey, but the slices are very large (easily shared by 2 people), and their generous with the toppings.

One recommendation I'd make is to offer additional toppings on the 'cheese' slices (like olives, etc.) - as when we asked, we were told it's "shop policy to not add anything to the pies in the case." Disappointing for sure. I understand not adjusting their custom pies, but it would seem easy to throw a few olives on a slice of cheese before throwing it in the oven for reheating.

Runs out of slices of any given type of pizza, while waiting in long line. Messes up orders and gives them to the wrong people. Poorly managed and organized, and not willing to make pizzas to fix the problems they cause.

I have been a couple of times. My last will be my last. Both times they ran out of what we were going to order while waiting in line. So, we had to choose something else. The first time, we were told they wouldn't be making any more, and I come back in to get my order and they did make more of what we wanted to order and asked about.

The second time, they only had two slices left, so we ordered them both. When our order was ready, I took it out to the table to find they gave the wrong two slices. I took it back in. They asked me to bring in all of our order, so I went and got all of the order and brought it back in. They said they must have given the slices to the wrong person. Just then another person came back in from outside to say they got the wrong order. The place had mixed up our orders and given them ours. So, they wanted to give just have us switch. I didn't know where the pizza had been, so I said no thank you. I will just wait for another one to be made. They said they would not make any more and I could have two slices of what they do have, or take a refund. I said, "no thank you. I don't mind waiting for one to be made." But they said they wouldn't make a new one. She automatically just went over and started refunding the two I had gotten.

I never write reviews but I had an Unfortunate experience. I went to this pizza place with my mother who I see once a week. We ordered the BBQ chicken Detroit style and was told this would take 40min due to the thickness of the crust which is understandable so we happily waited (12:41pm) we received our pizza around 1:20 but I had noticed that the pizza had bacon and I don't eat pork product, that was my fault I should have read all the ingredients but I didn't think it would have been an issue with "BBQ chicken" . My mother went in talked to the cashier ciera.s and explained some things. She insisted that we keep the pizza and nextime we come in they will give us the same order on house but my mother insisted that would just be happy with a new one if possible and the cashier reordered a fresh BBQ chicken pizza with no bacon and said it would take another 40 mins and we understand and waited patiently but over 1 hour later (2:35pm) and seeing the cashier clock out my mother went to see what was happening with the pizza and the pizza was in a to go bag sitting with other to go orders so by the time we ate the pizza was warmish and with very chewy crust .
