Starbucks — Restaurant in Riverside

I have NEVER given starbucks a bad review and mind you I am a member and buy starbucks every single day from many locations but till today I had my first bad experience All I wanted to do was pay for a tumbler but the 2 associates there were helping only ONE customer at a time... why have TWO associates to only help 1 person at a time... when I told the girl when I was next all I was doing was paying for a tumbler not getting a drink she said "it doesn't matter it's only one person at a time." I was so upset I left the tumbler there and left... I literally had my scan and pay ready it was literally going to take them ONE MINUTE to help me but they decided to be lazy and still not help... if your only going to help ONE person at a time I'd understand if it was only one associate but there was TWO which is what upset me that they just wanted...

The manager at Starbucks is INCREDIBLY RUDE . Every single time I go she takes my order and looks so mad for some strange reason . When I started to give my order all I said was hi can I have a grande iced vanilla coffee with and SHE LITERALLY SAID UGGGGHH stopped writing on the cup and grabbed a new cup like it was SOOO hard or something ??? I have NEVER seen this I go to Starbucks every single morning during the work week. Mind you she never said hi , hello when I walked up ? So so unwelcoming . She always makes it such a uncomfortable experience when I go to get my morning coffee . The only reason I do stop at that location is if I want to see what cups they have in stock . I hate this location. They need a supervisor to come in and see what a horrible job...

Customer service from Daniel with the worst actually he/she didn't speak a word not greeting not asking for the order nor smile or anything.. got me to the point of wondering if I ordered something wrong! So I asked, are you ok? What's wrong you don't want to do the drink? He replied waving his/her hand (No I'll do it)!! I even said thank you at the end, he/she looked at me and didn't answer!
